    Senior Costing / Warranty Clerk

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee, train, and coach the costing team.
    • Accurately cost all service and repair job cards, including auditing daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Verify vehicle, customer, service history, Motor Plan status, campaigns, and service kits.
    • Manage repair orders, sublet repairs, supplier invoices, and parts returns.
    • Process, track, and reconcile Motor Plan and Warranty claims; resolve rejections promptly.
    • Identify customer-payable items and ensure correct mark-ups.
    • Attend weekly service meetings and stay updated on automotive bulletins and procedures.

    Minimum Requirements:

    HR Administrator

    Key Responsibilities

    Payroll, Time & Attendance

    • Capture and calculate overtime using Uniclox and process on Sage VIP
    • Capture commissions and incentives in line with dealership policies
    • Run monthly payroll reports and submit for management review
    • Resolve payroll and ESS-related queries
    • Capture, reconcile, and manage leave transactions

    Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Draft employment contracts and onboarding documentation
    • Submit engagement packs to payroll timeously
    • Prepare termination documentation (UI19, certificates of service, salary schedules, provident fund withdrawals)
    • Ensure accurate closure of employee files

    Disciplinary & Industrial Relations

    • Issue verbal and written warnings in line with legislation

    General HR Administration

    • Maintain accurate electronic and physical employee files

    • Capture Injury-on-Duty (IOD) incidents and submit COID documentation
    • Manage HR communication, policies, and internal notices

    Management Support

    • Act as the on-site HR representative
    • Support HR audits, compliance checks, and reporting
    • Ensure dealership HR practices align with group standards and labour law

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 23 years’ HR generalist experience, preferably in a motor dealership (120+ staff)
    • Strong payroll experience with high-volume, dynamic payrolls
    • Proficiency in Sage VIP, Uniclox, BMW Dealernet, and MS Office
    • Solid knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, and MIBCO Main Agreement
    • Excellent communication, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality

    Debtors Manager (Accounts Receivable)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full debtors / accounts receivable function end-to-end
    • Oversee daily invoicing controls and accurate allocation of receipts
    • Drive collections: follow-ups, payment commitments, dispute resolution and escalations
    • Maintain and review customer account reconciliations, statements and aging reports
    • Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and support credit control policies
    • Reduce overdue balances and improve cash flow performance
    • Investigate and resolve account queries efficiently with internal teams and customers

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures

    Key Performance Areas

    • Booking Appointments: Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and other related services requested by customers.

    • Motor dealership industry experience is essential
    • Working Experience in the role of Bookings Clerk within a Dealership would be preferred.
