    Product Specialist- Wound and Stoma Care

    Key Job Outputs:

    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and decision makers
    • Implement marketing strategy to achieve sales growth
    • Manage expenses according to monthly allocated accounts
    • Identify opportunities in the market and new growth areas for the business
    • Timeous and professional response to customer complaints and queries
    • Educate and train customers and patients
    • Accurate weekly and monthly reporting and planning, including monthly statistics reporting
    • Facilitate and generate monthly orders
    • Continuous targeting and updating of customer database
    • Be aware of market trends and competitor activity
    • Administration responsibilities
    • Monthly territory sales forecast

    Requirements

    • Health Science degree / diploma
    • Min of 2-3 years Sales experience in Medical devices (preferable)
    • Medical background preferable
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Computer literate
    • Existing relationships with customers in the area (Preferable)
    • Valid driver’s License.
    • Own Car

    IT Helpdesk Administrator

    Requirements

    • A+ N+ 
    • MCSE an advantage
    • 2 -3 years’ experience in an IT Support Environment 

    Key Objectives 

    • Answer phone calls that come into Helpdesk in a timely manner 
    • Ensure phones are correctly forwarded and un-forwarded as necessary  
    • Be the first point of contact for telephone queries 
    • User account management on MS Exchange & MS 365 
    • Check for duplicate calls 
    • Logging and assigning tickets to the appropriate technicians 
    • Attendance at all departmental meetings 
    • Support, setup and installation of Samsung and other mobility devices 
    • Assist with 3CX phones and setup where needed 
    • Manage shares in the desktop environment 
    • Incident Management 
    • SLA Adherence
