- Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost
- Candidates must be willing to be placed anywhere within Tshwane
- Candidates must be willing to work after hours and/or shifts
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED FOR EIGHT HOURS PER DAY FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
The Environmental Health Practitioners will ensure the implementation of environmental health services according to policy and procedural directives, including the following:
- Food control
- Waste management
- Chemical safety
- Health surveillance of premises
- Prevention of communicable diseases
- Environmental pollution control
- Disposal of the dead
- Water quality monitoring
- Vector control
- Any other duties relevant to the function of the Municipal Health Services Section
REMUNERATION: R37 420,00 per month
