    1670 - Technician

    • The main purpose of this position is to be to install, repair, and service Ctrack units and other company-approved products.

    Main Job Functions:

    • Conducting all pre and post-inspections in line with department/branch requirements.
    • Installation, repair, and servicing of all units and company-approved products in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all Company Policies and Procedures. Request training from the HR Team if there are any concerns.
    • Completing any administrative tasks as requested by management and making use of the various systems required by the company.

    1768 - People & Culture Consultant

    • As a People and Culture Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our organization's people strategy. Your primary role is to support the business by providing expert advice and guidance following company policies, procedures, and legislation. Responsible for the advice and timeous management and reporting on employee relations, disability management, Injury of Duty, and other HR-related duties to support the business to meet its strategic objectives.

    People & Culture Consultant responsibilities are:

    • Oversee the employee relations processes and adherence to policies and procedures
    • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with management to address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Conduct investigations and manage formal employee complaints, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

    • We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of payroll processing and administration. The Payroll Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining payroll compliance, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR and Finance departments.

    The purpose of this position

    • The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for software development, which might include cloud-based, backend, and web services development in combination with data engineering where the focus is on managing and organizing data, building and maintaining data pipelines, and converting raw data into usable and accessible information.
    • The developer will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancements of our Crystal solution.
