    Application Support Analyst/Specialist

    • Datacentrix Managed Talent Solutions' client, a prominent national bank, is seeking a dedicated professional to support their cutting-edge Enterprise Integrated Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit (IGRCA) Solution.   You will play a pivotal role in providing technical support for the ICRA Diligent Application, ensuring optimal performance post-project go-live.
    • This is a 24-month contract.

    Requirements

    • A relevant 3-year degree
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in applications and functional and business analysis within the implementation and/or support environments of application. 
    • Exposure to Diligent advantageous

    Responsibilities

    • Provide application functional support to our client's applications for users.
    • Drive business analysis initiatives for applications enhancements.
    • Expand the scope and feasibility of solutions and develop the supporting business cases.
    • Manage change requirements and supporting specifications and provide functional specification and manage acceptance testing.
    • Identify and register risks within their application functional streams.
    • Configure the application as per approved business requirements and align with best practice.
    • Provide incident resolution activities.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
    • Facilitate workshops and consult with business owners and other stakeholders with regard to problem definition and the identification of business requirements/needs.
    • Review business processes and procedures, analyse business requirements/needs and associated data, and identify possible solutions.
    • Develop systems training material and training plans, and present training courses in support of new application functions.

    Application Portfolio Manager

    • MTS's external client in the mining sector in West Rand is looking for an Application Portfolio Manager on a12 months' contract.  You must have experience in management of multiple applications within an organisation across various applications/streams (HR, Finance, ERP, Logistics etc) and substreams. This role would also require you to have a strong technical background, Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and dependency mapping tools and people management to guide and assist Team Leads across these applications/streams. Past Cloud computing, integration and hosting experience is essential to achieve success in this role.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, application management, or a similar role.
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management position.
    • Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or equivalent frameworks are a plus.
    • Experience with third-party applications, SaaS, PaaS, and related technologies.
    • Proven leadership and management experience
    • Deep understanding of Application Portfolio Management (APM) principles and tools.
    • Experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and dependency mapping tools.

    Overall Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the operational aspects of managing the organization's third-party application landscape.
    • Leading and coordinating teams that manage configuration processes, dependency mapping, and relationships across applications, hosting environments, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
    • The manager ensures that application inventory management, lifecycle processes, and roadmap development are implemented effectively and align with organizational goals.

    Project Manager (Sage X3)

    • Datacentrix is looking for a Project Manager that has expertise in implementing and supporting SAGE X3 in complex business environments. This is a 12month contract role and will require the successful candidate to be onsite for majority of time at the Midrand Offices. Candidates applying should have a proven track record of successfully managing on-premise ERP implementation projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong project management background and technical expertise in SAGE X3, looking to drive impactful ERP implementations

    Requirements:

    • Professional Qualifications:
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAGE X3 in complex business environments.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing on-premise ERP implementation projects from inception to completion.
    • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong expertise in SAGE X3 functionality, including configuration, integration, and customization.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes, particularly as they relate to ERP systems.

    Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges.

    Additional Skills:

    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Projects)
    • Understanding of IT infrastructure requirements for on-premise ERP systems is a plus
