    General Manager (Mpumalanga, Hazyview)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Hospitality Certificate or Hospitality Management Diploma qualification
    • At least 10 years plus experience within the hospitality industry in 3- & 4-star property.
    • Must have at least 5 years of general management experience
    • Must be standards orientated
    • Good knowledge of Food and Beverage, Rooms departments with lodge and / or resort experience.
    • High level of customer service, leadership skills, high level of numeracy skills, disciplined, organized, attention to detail, deadline driven, and cost control skills essential.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Culinary Certificate or Hospitality Management Diploma qualification will be an advantage
    • At least 3 years’ experience within the hospitality industry in 4 star property.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure stocks are neatly packed in order to get an accurate count.
    • Assist in checking, daily stock par levels to be maintained for fridges, freezers, dry stores, consumables and operating equipment     
    • Operating equipment to be checked and stored in a secure place
    • Products used must always be of the highest possible standard and rotated and received according to official Hotel policy.               
    • Stock requisitions to be checked against actual issue and any discrepancies to be reported to person who ordered/issued immediately.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) certificate, with a hospitality qualification is desirable 
    • At least one years’ plus waiter experience within the hospitality industry in 3- & 4star property.

    Debtors Clerk (Gauteng, Centurion)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Pastel knowledge essential 
    • Previous hotels experience would be an advantage, preferably in a similar position.
    • Opera and F&B point of sale knowledge essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
    • Fully literate and numerate (able to perform relative calculations, statistics and be able to interpret basic accounts and financial statements/reports/invoice
    • Literacy: Must be fully literate and able to read and interpret policies, procedures and communications. Must have a basic bookkeeping skills to compile accounting control reports and Management reports.
    • Numeracy: Must be fully numerate to be able to perform relative calculations, statistics and be able to interpret basic accounts and financial statements/ reports. Must be computer literate and able to input and extract relevant data from computerised formats.
    • Language: English for the purposes of communicating with GUESTS and management.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Debtors' Statements are checked and mailed no later than the 3rd day of each month.
    • Overdue accounts are followed up telephonically or in writing as and when necessary.
    • Payments are allocated daily and correct as per the remittance received.
    • Dealing with queries daily and makes sure that it’s sorted out within the group.
    • Maintains books of account in accordance with the uniform system of accounts.
    • Maintains accounting data on an accounting system and produces such financial reports or summaries as may be required
    • Allocations of payments daily, assisting the whole group with queries .
    • The interpretation, management reporting and recommendation of actions on financial statements and books of account usually fall outside the scope of this position.

    Minimum Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Hospitality certificate or management diploma will be advantageous.
    • +2 years in a 4-star unit as Executive Housekeeper or Room Divisions Manager

    Graphic Designer (Western Cape, Cape Town)

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Formal qualification in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related discipline (Degree or Diploma).
    • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a graphic design role.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel).

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure outstanding results.
    • Support the completion of recurring and ad-hoc design tasks and ensure all design-related deliverables are met within deadlines.
    • Liaise with printers and external suppliers when required to guarantee the quality of printed materials.
