    Sales Executive

    What you'll be doing:

    • Talk to customers all over the UK who need to move big items or moving house and showing them how AnyVan can help
    • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what AnyVan offers
    • Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every week and month
    • Working with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies
    • Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • We have opportunities across inbound sales, outbound sales, lead generation and our international team who help customers with cross border moves.
    • For inbound and Ireland roles - a passion for sales and some experience in a customer facing role, bonus points for contact centre experience
    • For outbound, lead generation, international - Solid call centre sales experience, preferably working with customers overseas in the UK
    • A proven track record of closing deals and hitting your targets
    • The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
    • Great active listening skills
    • Resilience and a positive attitude
    • Super organised with an eye for detail
    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (english)
    • A proactive attitude and a history of getting things done at a fast pace

    Transport Co-Ordinator

    Join our Allocations team at AnyVan, where you'll be right at the heart of the action using your blend of problem solving skills, sales/negotiation skills and logistics knowledge with our Transport Providers (TPs) to ensure every job is covered efficiently and profitably and create value for all parties.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Joining the Allocations team you'll be the go-to person for keeping things moving—literally! Here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into:
    • Make sure all our jobs are allocated by proactively reaching out (mostly by phone) to our TP's to pitch the available jobs to them.
    • You'll need to own the allocation process—manage pipelines and assign jobs to TPs in a way that keeps them engaged and motivated.
    • Stay on top of your TP network and build solid relationships;
    • You'll know who’s available, what vehicles they have, where they are, what jobs they can cover, and their rates and margins
    • Make sure they’re getting the kind of work that suits their needs so they stay active and loyal to AnyVan
    • Have good commercial and influencing skills to negotiate competitive rates that work for AnyVan, our customers, and our TP's.
    • Manually create ‘routes’ and schedules for transport partners consisting of multi-job loads.
    • Manage and monitor job routes to make sure everything runs to schedule.
    • Jump in when things don’t go to plan—resolve issues quickly by working closely with both TPs and customers to find smart, timely solutions and handle last-minute cancellations or failures by re-allocating the jobs (this is where you're relationships and knowledge of you TP base really comes in to play)
    • Handle key admin tasks like checking proof of delivery and keeping in touch with customers.
    • Hit your targets—not just on numbers, but on the way you work too (top-notch customer service, strong communication, etc.).
    • Performance will be measured through the following key metrics:
    • Job allocation success – speed, efficiency, and profitability of transport partner matching.
    • Premium spend % – minimising excess payout by aligning jobs with optimal pricing strategies.
    • On-time delivery & client satisfaction – ensuring transport jobs meet or exceed service expectations.
    • Transport partner engagement – satisfaction, availability, and performance consistency.
    • Cancellation Ratio - 0% cancellation of jobs due to non fulfillment.
    • Build great relationships across AnyVan. You’ll work closely with teams like Sales and Customer Services to share operational insights and improve overall service delivery.

    What you’ll need to succeed: 

    • Experience in a commercial contact center/transport broker, transport coordinator, or live control/logistics role.
    • Bonus points if you have knowledge of the UK/EU market.
    • A commercial approach — You know how to build trust-based relationships and can negotiate with TPs in a way that works for both them and the business.
    • You're a confident communicator who knows how to work well with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Targets don’t scare you—you’re comfortable working towards them and hitting your goals.

    You’ve got strong Excel skills and can pull together accurate, insightful reports to help drive smarter decisions.

    Customer Services - 4 month Contract, 80 hours per month

    What you'll be doing:

    • We take a multi-channel approach to supporting our customers. So you’ll need to be ok speaking to customers on the phone as well as digitally via whatsapp and other digital channels.
    • You'll be our frontline warrior, expertly managing and resolving customer queries with a focus on retaining and promoting positive customer relationships, that are reflected in high Trustpilot reviews
    • Make sure customer waiting times are kept to a minimum, maximum queries are answered quickly with first time resolution where possible and team objectives are delivered
    • Use great active listening and questioning skills to correctly assess, manage and resolve queries
    • Escalate any complex/high risk issues quickly and appropriately and keep all parties fully informed until they’re resolved
    • Keep all customer communication records and data updated and accurate in the right systems

    What you’ll need to succeed:

    • 6 months+ customer services experience
    • A genuine passion for delivering unparalleled service and going the extra mile for our customers
    • A minimum speed of 30+ words per minute with high accuracy
    • Proficient with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services
    • Comfortable working towards and achieving targets
    • Able to adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
    • Able to understand and follow processes and instructions
    • Strong written and verbal English Language skills
    • The ability to commute to our offices in the CBD for work and work to our shift patterns.
    • We align to UK operating hours and as an international business we work to UK time zones, all roles operate on a shift pattern basis around the following in South African Standard Times.

    Customer Success Manager (SAAS Solution)

    What you'll be doing:

    • Work to agreed targets focusing platform and feature adoption & engagement metrics
    • Leverage digital tools such as Hubspot and product retention platforms such as Chameleon to influence retention and user engagement at scale
    • Drive retention and growth among our TPs through regular, meaningful conversations that build and nurture relationships and identify and resolve issues
    • Provide meaningful insight to the business and the product team to improve the TP experience
    • Generate reports and analyse data to produce insights for impactful decision-making to support TP retention and engagement goals
    • Ensure TPs are enabled by creating training content such as mailer campaigns, videos, and platform tours

    • Build and nurture a network of key stakeholders across AnyVan and collaborate with departments like Allocations, Recruitment & Onboarding, and TP Support, to resolve complex issues and improve the TP experience
    • Review and update training materials to reflect business changes

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Solid experience working with SAAS based products in a fast paced commercial organisation  in a b2b Customer success role
    • Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills with the ability to produce accurate and effective insights and reporting to help drive decisions
    • Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM and training platforms
    • Data competency such as use of SQL or BI Tools highly beneficial
    • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical approach that uses data to support and inform solutions
    • The ability to develop, multiple high quality, trust-based working relationships that demonstrates we understand TP's needs and are able to support and guide them through processes to meet those needs and achieve strong results for AnyVan
