    OD Manager

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Strategic Performance Management:

    •  Proactively influences the design and development of strategic Performance Management frameworks, tools & solutions that meet the business needs
    •  Collaborates with senior leaders in country, interrogates the country strategic priorities and determines development requirements to deliver organisation results
    •  Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet country needs
    •  Engages with country business leaders and stays ahead of key organisation strategy and emerging patterns, and adapts/evolves the change approach accordingly in order to ensure optimal performance
    •  Monitors and evaluates future legislation, leading practices/market trends and competitive threats to deliver leading edge talent management practices

    Performance Management Processes and tools:

    •  Aligns common frameworks and tools across the country, as appropriate
    •  Develops country performance management metrics, aligned to HQ, provides analysis and insight and drives the use of performance data as a fundamental input into business planning

    Strategic Organisational Development:

    •  Develops in country OD strategic priorities and plans, to enable implementation of regional change and capability priorities
    •  Actively influences the CCBSA HR Strategy to support the organisational strategic objectives
    •  Supports the HRD and ExCom to achieve the desired shift in culture through coordinated OD initiatives and touch points with other parts of HR (TM, Reward)
    •  Provides specialist OD guidance to senior leaders in country on strategic projects and challenges

    Organisational Design:

    •  Identifies key strategic drivers for change in country
    •  Actively supports the identification and scoping of in-country organisational capabilities (includes detailed design of processes, systems, skills, governance mechanisms and culture) to enable the business strategy over the short, medium and long term
    •  Influences the evolution of the CCBSA operating model and ensures alignment of all change initiatives
    •  Works with leadership to design optimal organisation structures in country, informed by strategy, and articulates appropriate resourcing and capability
    •  Provides specialist design support on country strategic projects, sourcing support from HQ where required
    •  Leads the planning of in-country change and capability building initiatives
    •  Interprets linkages and interdependencies and provides clarity for others
    •  Works closely with business leaders to develop new, flexible ways of working, putting workforce redesign and planning at the core of organisation transformation
    •  Develops transition and anchoring plans for in-country change initiatives

    Change Management:

    •  Serves as custodian of the overall CCBSA change agenda, guiding prioritisation, pacing, sequencing and resourcing
    •  Deploys and leverages appropriate tools to support the in-country change process, in line with HQ guidelines
    •  Provides specialist guidance to business leaders on change and capability challenges
    •  Provides specialist support for in-country change projects, and shares learnings within the organisation
    •  Ensures appropriate in-country resourcing and capability in line with HQ decisions and guidelines, together with in-country requirements
    •  Prepares and enables the organisation to lead change and realise the value from OD interventions in country
    •  Actively coordinates the implementation of significant in-country change, including working with regional and local HR/OD parties to support change impact analyses and effective management of people impact
    •  Maintains effective stakeholder engagement and interaction to enable effective prioritisation of in-country change, management of interdependencies and minimising disruption
    •  Monitors progress of in-country change initiatives
    •  Facilitates entrenchment of new capabilities in the organisation through the application of the appropriate change management methodology, per HQ guidelines
    •  Implements metric reporting process and analyses metrics (including surveys, benchmarking and collaboration tools) to develop insights and recommend appropriate action

    Qualifications

    •  Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree, with post graduate HR qualification, or equivalent.
    •  Added advantage: Master's degree in HR Management / Business Management / Industrial Psychology, or equivalent
    •  PROSCI certification

    Experience

    •  A total of 10 – 15 years’ experience and knowledge of consulting, ideally a combination of external and internal consulting roles, in credible consulting companies and fast-changing industries, with a track record of non-continuous change initiatives
    •  Knowledge &/or experience on Hay Job Evaluation system & PROSCI change management
    •  Ability to work in a networked and/ or matrix Organizational environment.
    •  Proactiveness, agility and customer-centricity essential; thanks.

    •  Emptying and cleaning of waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.

    Warehouse Clerk

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Warehouse Clerk role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader.

    Key Purpose

    • To effectively execute the activities within the site control function to ensure shipments and production are issued & received accurately such that all stock movements are accounted for appropriately and that depot turnaround times are optimised. Reconcile all stock movements to ensure the alignment of actual stock on hand and SAP stock on hand.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Transactional issues and receipts: Inbound and Outbound Movements

    •  Execute the despatching of all Primary and Secondary distribution shipments such that their respective departure times are met,
    •  Ensure Secondary distribution shipments are received accurately in terms of submission of required documentation & hand held terminal (HHT),
    •  Execute the accurate system-receipting of Primary distribution shipments while the correct submission of required documentation,
    •  Coordinate the on-time resolution of all variances in either receipting or dispatching of PD & SD vehicles
    •  Manage hardware in terms of HHT’s and related equipment are functional and checked in accordance with the asset care policy,
    •  Execute the receipting/dispatching of vehicles within the standard turnaround time for the depot,
    •  Coordinate that documents are submitted by drivers within the defined standards and that all documents are controlled accordingly for reconciliation and filing purposes,
    •  Ensure deviations are recorded accurately while utilizing the standardized format such that resolution is possible,
    •  Execute production issues and receipts on SAP on time and accurately,
    •  Execute all external bottler transactions accurately & invoice accordingly

    Stock Reconciliation:

    •  Execute the reconciliation of all inventory movements daily: Primary Distribution, Secondary Distribution, 3rd party issues and receipts, Production issues and receipts,
    •  Process daily write up’s / write downs, including breakages and salvages, trade replacements, and container destruction,
    •  Perform daily stock counting process
    •  Ensure compliance to all stock processes in line with the national SOP’s,
    •  Care for assets as per standard operational practices,
    •  Ensure system transactions are accurate & timeous,
    •  Control & store documents in accordance with company policy,
    •  Clear daily controls on time and in the appropriate manner

    Settlement:

    •  Ensure immediate settlement of all Drivers and accuracy of the SAP system in terms of elimination / resolution of errors,
    •  Complete route settlement accurately and process route settlement corrections where required,
    •  Maintain a route settlement correction register and ensure an acknowledgement of debt is in place for relevant unexplained Driver shortages or missing POD’s,
    •  Provide credit notes / invoices to Distribution to obtain customer signatures on route settlement correction billing documents,
    •  Ensure all customer POD requirements are met and maintain a missing and unsigned invoice register for any non-compliance,
    •  Process and resolve customer queries daily to enable accurate customer accounts,
    •  Complete system transactions accurately and on time

    Chep pallet management:

    •  Manage the daily call off of required Chep pallets to meet operational requirements whilst meeting required holding days on Chep
    •  Accurately capture issues and receipts to and from Chep
    •  Execute the Portfolio Plus to SAP reconciliation en ensure the effective resolution of differences and queries
    •  Communicate customer trade balances with the aim to minimise pallet holding days

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications / Experience

    •  Minimum Grade 12 with maths and science an added advantage
    •  Preferably studying towards a logistics or Transport Degree
    •  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Logistics

    Legal Controller

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    •  Ensure pre-handover steps and approvals take place
    •  Ensure hand over of legal accounts to Attorney for collection
    •  Ensuring updating of all master data on legal accounts and maintaining the correctness of same
    •  Query management of internal & external customers

     Journal posting

    •  Facilitate the document commissioning process
    •  Rehabilitating customers from Pre Legal & Legal for trade
    •  Received and peruse attorney month end status reports
    •  Preparation of quarterly review files
    •  Conducting quarterly reviews with Legal clerk, attorneys, and FM
    •  Facilitate the bad debt write offs process to ensure close out
    •  Calculating and processing of attorney fees and commissions
    •  Maintenance of attorney fee files
    •  Compiling and sharing of month end reports for Legal, pre-legal and negotiated settlements
    •  Review negotiated settlement agreements for accuracy and completeness
    •  Maintenance of deduction files for negotiated settlement agreements
    •  Quarterly submissions of NS figures to the Compliance manager for NCA renewal.
    •  Payment of annual NCR subscription
    •  Manage relationship between service providers and CCBSA.
    •  Preparation and reporting of monthly KPI’s on Pre-Legal & Legal book

    General Responsibilities

    •  Set and deliver quality management action plans for the hard and soft collections clerk
    •  Ensure seamless integration on hard collections into the greater CCBSA credit environment
    •  Stay up to date on the best practice business processes
    •  Provide feedback on customer service continuous improvement initiatives
    •  Understand and interpret reports as required
    •  Accountable for the achievement of targets set at a team level
    •  Accountable for feeding back improvement suggestions e.g. to knowledge base, process, training, metrics, etc

    People Management

    •  Conduct regular performance feedback sessions with teams,
    •  Perform recruitment in conjunction with HRS
    •  Management of individual and subordinate performance management, career development and training in conjunction with the Financial Manager
    •  Accountable for the adherence of subordinates to business processes (including systems and manual processes)
    •  Ensure that teams have the appropriate skills to meet customer requirements (appropriate language mix).

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    •  BCom degree with relevant credit/commercial and/or legal qualification essential
    •  2-3 years relevant FMCG commercial/credit experience
    •  The candidate should have a strong understanding of the legal debt recoveries environment.
    •  Experience working on an electronic accounting programme (eg.SAP)
    •  Legal background advantageous
