    Internal Client Services - Clients & Industries - Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    Main Purpose of Job

    • To develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for the firm and centrally manages all digital marketing campaigns.

    Key Performance Area

    • Manages the implementation of the strategic imperatives in line with:

    • Responsible to schedule all relevant content for the firm across all social media platform and develop weekly content plan with associated implementation calendar

    • Check content upon submission to ensure that all campaigns published on social media aligns to the agreed firm’s strategic themes

    • Support the brand communications (Executive office) team by posting global signature campaigns and advising on content of Africa signature campaigns.

    • Track social influencers on brand themes using Sprinklr and reporting on opportunities for Deloitte to connect with them.

    • Reputation management by raising any potential reputational issues for Deloitte Africa on social media to the brand communications team.
