Job Title:

Mid Level - Business Analyst

Purpose:

Design new IT solutions and processes to improve business efficiency and productivity by working closely with IT and executive management in order to align ongoing projects and activities with the strategic business goals and plan of the business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant Degree/ Diploma in IT or Business Analytics;

4-6 years relevant work experience;

Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients to understand their business;

2. Accurately and completely document current state of business processes and work flows;

3. Presentation of technical concepts or solutions to internal and external business as well as customers;

4. Conduct and capture user requirements sessions according to established methodologies (UML etc.);

5. Prepare specifications, project charters, cost estimates, technology research documentation as appropriate;

6. Promote new technologies and solutions to financial institutions;

7. Manage projects through life cycle;

8. Develop business cases to assess process improvement opportunities;

9. Use practical experience and industry best practice knowledge to support BPR strategy, approach, methodologies and tools;

10. Collaborate with subject matter experts and process owners to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements;

11. Identify ways to extract useful data from multiple sources and develop methods to analyse the data;

12. Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.

Job Title:

Senior Developer

Job Purpose:

Produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and write the code for medium to large applications in OO environments. Incumbent carries out systems analyses, design, program debug, system testing, security assessments, performance assessments and user interfaces.

Minimum Requirements:

Computer sciences related degree/diploma; MCSD or another IT related degree/diploma;

C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, MVC, T-SQL;

8+ years .Net development experience.

Duties & responsibilities:

1. Analyse, research, design and document the technical requirements of projects or change request;

2. Developed or modify each software modules or project to meet the requirements as defined by the Business Requirements Specifications and Technical Design Specifications and in accordance to the company's software development standards with little or no supervision;

3. Ensure the quality of software by performing tests (manual or unit tests) on the completed modules or projects;

4. Identify and ensure software modules or project can be successfully deployed to the UAT and production environment by completing accurate configuration and maintenance/operating documents;

5. Improve current systems, environment and stability;

6. Mentor and coach developers in terms of technology, good practice and design;

7. Stay abreast of trends in the C# and Web development landscape;

8. Assist the Tech Lead with implementation of technical decisions.
