    What you'll be doing:

    PROCURE TO PAY MANAGEMENT

    • Execute procure-to-pay processes less than or equal to R3M by implement transactional sourcing and supporting the supplier’s selection process and quotations and support the negotiation process for transactional sourcing to ensure delivery of business needs.

    NON-STRATEGIC SOURCING CATEGORIES SUPPORT

    • Perform non-strategic sourcing categories through preparation of documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and perform bidding process and create & manage contracts to ensure delivery of business need

    PROCUREMENT COMPLIANCE

    • Monitor process and compliance for transactional PO’s and contracts through management of contract compliance including ownership of open and post facto purchase orders and performing procurement processes to ensure PO' s are complete for execution.

    DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

    • Manage data and provide accurate information and reports through analysing and reporting on all procurement transactions to ensure performance and delivery against set targets and to ensure data integrity.

    Team Lead: ITSM Operations - Cape Town

    Who You Are:

    • You have experience in building or managing a team, including areas such as incident and request management, problem management, event management, change management, and service level management.
    • You excel in conducting IT risk assessments, managing incidents, problem-solving, and ensuring continuous service improvement.

    Claims Analyst - Cape Town

    What you'll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Bulk Oil Demurrage or within Supply & Trading 
    • NQF Level 7 (Degree in Accounting/ B.Comm/ Finance/ Commerce/ Supply Chain or relevant) 

    Advantageous: 

    • International Demurrage course (E.G. Oxford; ASDEM) 

    What you'll be doing:

    COMMERCIAL ANALYTICS  

    • Analyse demurrage and assist with capex infrastructure projects and strategic decisions impacting various stakeholders.
    • Prepare all demurrage required for the Business Plan (past, trends, forward view).
    • Prepare and review related analytics within Supply & Trading (e.g. demurrage, berth utilisation etc.) 
    • Identify value improvement areas and initiate implementation.     
    • Improve, devise, and initiate advanced demurrage reporting tools.

    COMMERCIAL CLAIMS (NEGOTIATIONS & GOVERNANCE

    • Review, prepare and negotiate Payable and Receivable demurrage claims for Supply Chain (Import/Export/Coastal), Chemicals and Lubricants.
    • Review & negotiate other related commercial claims.    

    COMMERCIAL & CHARTER PARTY CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE  

    • Ensure that all demurrage calculations meet the terms and deadlines agreed in contracts.
    • Enhance the contract to be proposed to the respective teams.
    • Interpret the demurrage related clauses of the contract.

    CUSTOMER & CONTRACTOR INTERFACE 

    • Interact with customers and service providers and ensure deliverables are met within agreed SLA’s.
    • Prepare any relevant presentations and present where required and support to the contractors.

    SYSTEM MANAGEMENT & REPORTING 

    • Assist with entering all trading deal demurrage in the Trading system (Allegro) and/or SAP per procedures.

    GOVERNANCE & HSEQ COMPLIANCE  

    • Review the vetting policy on an on-going basis to ensure international vetting best practice is applied.
    • Coordinate, compile and ensure HSEQ claims are reported to legal and insurance including logging of incident.
    • Assist with the vessel vetting nominations to the 3rd Party Vetting contractor and adhere to the requirements of the Vetting Policy and Vetting Procedure documents.
    • Ensure effective management and control of HSEQ policy and procedures relating to commercial deals
