    Sales Representative: Vehicles | Auto Pedigree | Lichtenburg

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Daily, weekly and monthly management of sales.
    • Have an understanding of vehicles by familiarising yourself with the characteristics, capabilities, and features.
    • Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.

    Junior Pricing Specialist

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Daily pricing of quote requests (from customers looking to sell cars)
    • Dealing with pricing queries from customers and the customer service and buying departments
    • Portfolio trading reviews (you are allocated a group of cars that you must trade until they sell)

    Qualifications and Experience

    Fleet Administrator

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Process

    • Contribute to and assist in the accurate and timely effective administration of the organisations fleet management in line with relevant processes and procedure.
    • Daily data capturing of vehicles off-road (VOR) and obtaining feedback from the dealer network.
    • Capturing daily parts on backorder
    • Checking Auto-Line for all parts on backorder

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Assist accountant with Bank Reconciliations daily.
    • High level of accuracy in capturing to the General Ledger Transactions.
