    EHS Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Lead a site team to fully implement PepsiCo EHS Standards across all departments and shifts.
    • Attend Monthly Site Management meetings to address critical areas of EHS performance and drive resolution of action plans.
    • Develop & ensure implementation of all the required EHS compliance procedures, work instructions & policies.
    • Lead roll-out of PepsiCo EHS Best Practices across all departments and shifts.

    Packaging Machine Technician

    Job Description

    • Ensure packing machines are correctly allocated and utilised to meet production requirements – change over bag-maker and Ishida when required and ensure sufficient materials are available for production requirements.

    • Ensure required efficiencies are maintained.

    • Identify areas of waste and inefficiency within the production process and suggest remedies to improve yield and efficiencies.

    • Provide insight on macro indicators: Publishing commercial scorecard that sheds light on channel-based category growth trends and relative performance of PEP regarding overall macro snacks.

    • Continuous retail panel reporting in core and macro categories to track company market performance and to identify share gain & growth opportunities through micro level analysis of competitive market set (price, distribution, stock, depletion).
