    Branch Manager-PE

    Job Context

    Minimum Requirements

    Operations Manager-Cape Town

    Job Context

    • CSI - Customer Service Intelligence

    • Develop and maintain relationship with client contact person and accounts person.
    • Establish and monitor a cleaning plan for each building in accordance with the service level agreements.

    • Manage delivery of cleaning chemicals and consumables to sites. Manage availability and condition of site equipment.
    • Manage the entire start up process of all new contracts to include staff recruitment, induction, work schedules etc.
    • Control and management of Company assets and full knowledge of insurance requirements related thereto.
    • Manage area performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
    • Manage direct expenses and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the area.
    • Achieve monthly non contractual revenue targets; Maintain existing customer base and ensure up selling on existing contracts.
    • Manage all staff reporting to this position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
    • Manage Industrial relations in area; Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, leave schedules, overtime etc.
    • Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance.

    Site Manager - Parking (Western Cape)

    Job Context    

    • Servest Parking has a vacancy for a Site Manager to join the team. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more parking facilities.     Operations Manager (Western Cape) - Security

    Job Context    

    • Servest Security, a Business Unit of Servest has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the Western Cape team. The role of the Operations Manager is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client's needs are efficiently and professionally met. The position is based at Western Cape and reporting to the Branch Manager.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Qualification in Security Management, Emergency Management, Business Management or related field 
    • 5 - 10 years’ experience in the security industry
    • Grade A PSIRA registered
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
    • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
    • Report writing skills
    • Valid drivers licence
    • Medical fitness
    • Clear criminal record

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Daily running of site(s) in liaison with the Branch Manager/General Manager.
    • Report changes of rosters to the Roster Clerk and ensure that the changes are made, and new rosters are printed.
    • Re-deployments of officers must be done on paper and given to the Easy Roster Clerk.
    • Ensure correct number of guards is posted on sites according to contractual needs.
    • Report site incidents to the Branch Manager/General Manager immediately.
    • All incident Reports needs to be forwarded to the client within 24 hours.
    • Visit the sites at least once or twice a week.
    • Ensure that job descriptions, risk assessments and site procedure manuals are on sites.
    • Attend to the officers’ problems/queries and handle them promptly and efficiently.
    • Check on the status of all control room equipment and systems.
    • When issuing the uniform to the officers, the uniform kit issue form must be completed and placed in the officer’s file.
    • Inventory of all equipment to be kept up to date daily and regular equipment audits must be done to determine equipment status.
    • Liaise with clients on standard and quality of services rendered.
    • Attend client meetings.
    • Ensure staff details and records are kept up to date and in accordance with requirements.
    • Ensure that knowledge is tested regularly by means of verbal and written tests (to be placed on their personnel file) and provide feedback of training provided in the monthly report to be forwarded to the client.
    • Plan, implement and manage growth strategy with the respective Key Account Executive for your assigned area to assist in your respective Branch in achieving its sales targets.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with by colleagues, management, contractors and or any other relevant stakeholders.
