    Financial Manager - Investment Division

    Purpose of the Role

    • To maximise the Founders wealth.

     

    Key Responsibilities  

    • Finalisation of all company, trusts and individual financial statements, tax and audits.
    • Agree related party transactions between the various entities, trusts and individuals.
    • Investigations into investment opportunities and making recommendations, including building business cases where necessary and completing the various transactions end to end.
    • Improving profitability of various business.
    • Management of cash flows.
    • Tax complaince and optimisation of investment decisions and tax structuring.
    • Responsible for all governance requirements, with a view to minimising risk whilst maximising efficiency and simplicity (maintenance of existing agreements).
    • Maintenance of offshore and onshore investment structures.
    • Ad-hoc projects managed and completed efficiently, within the necessary time frame.

     

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Minimun BCompt Hons (Accounting Honours)/CA(SA), with articles.
    • Minimum 7 years working experience, post articles.
    • Strong experience in Tax, Legal and Governance.
    • Ability to assess complex situations and use creativity to solve problems.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks within strict timeframes within a fast-paced environment.

    Web Analytics Specialist

    Purpose of the Role:

    • Supporting the business to understand audiences, enhance digital user experience, and increase our online Website, Mobi and App conversions.

                                                                           

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver audits and implementations of web analytics tools.
    • Identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data.
    • Plan and deliver enhancements to web analytics tools and processes.
    • Implement A/B split testing code and experiments.
    • Create Key Performance Indicators.
    • Plan and deliver integration of data sources with web analytics and business intelligence tools.
    • Design web analytics reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
    • Find and communicate actionable trends and segments.
    • Articulate data-driven recommendations.

                                                       

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Relevant Degree
    • Web analytics certification or other training.
    • Experience with project management tools and processes.
    • 1-2 years of experience creating reports and insights with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other web and app analytics software.
    • 1-2 years of experience implementing and customizing web and app analytics software.
    • Understanding of online marketing channels including display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, email.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 equivalents.
    • Experience reporting on analytics and other data via APIs using spreadsheets, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and database and data warehouse platforms (such as Azure).
    • Experience with split testing tools such as Google Optimize.

     

    Skill Competencies:

    • Understanding of website design, development and publishing.
    • Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Some exposure to JavaScript and HTML.
    • Writing and testing JavaScript and HTML.
    • Google Tag Manager or other Tag Management Systems.
