    Associate Engineer (Hybrid)

    What You'll Bring:

    How You’ll Contribute:

    In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for working with different business units to develop the engineering design that supports the business and operational requirements for standard systems or enhancements to existing systems.

    You will provide technical support and guidance to the IT Service Desk in relation to the End User experience. The role also requires a high level of technical analytical skills in the areas of software and hardware as well as proactive activities.

    The purpose of the role is to assist in the operational support, reactive installation and maintenance of Transunion office systems and associated hardware technologies.

    To build your own technical and professional skills, you will proactively seek out on-the-job training from seniors’ and other resources within the greater company.

    As a Desktop Engineer, you’ll need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with occasionally conflicting priorities. Key responsibilities span 2 areas:

    Support

    • Day to day End user Support through Service Requests and Incident Management
    • End user software installations and upgrade
    • End user hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance. (PC's, Laptops, MacBook, Monitors, docking stations etc.)
    • Proactive maintenance of the End user estate, security compliance and patching
    • Update process documentation on an on-going basis
    • Partnering and facilitating support vendors
    • Working closely to deliver service with Infrastructure, Application teams.
    • Working with InfoSec teams, ensure that DR and BCP requirements and documentation is kept up to date and fit for purpose.
    • Carry out Microsoft & Third-party application patching.
    • Provide guidance and advice to other Technical Support staff involved in supporting systems EUC systems.
    • Provide cost effective technology solutions and continually review to identify savings.
    • To provide a robust, stable End user experience, reducing the support overhead
    • To ensure Laptop security and patch levels are maintained and monitored. (SCCM)
    • Secure / Monitor all Laptops/Desktops to prevent illegal or unapproved installation of software.
    • Install, test, and advise on all Laptop hardware, software, and applications.
    • Adhere to software licensing standards.

    Analysis

    • Learns how to identify opportunity and may be able to offer recommendations and solutions for improving efficiency and service.
    • Researches and evaluates technology solutions that improve and enhance efficiencies for the corporate environment and recommends solutions to manager.
    • The role requires a high level of technical expertise in the application layer and systems administration,
    • responsibilities of the SCCM environment, Anti-Virus, Windows patching, and Mobile Device Management.

    Salesforce Engineer - Remote

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
    • A minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in software development with of those years working on the Salesforce platform in a developer capacity
    • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
    • Software engineering skills with Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Service Cloud (Case Mgt, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case), Integrations (LivePerson, Amazon Connect, custom integration of Salesforce with web applications) or disposition to learn such technologies at fast pace.
    • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools

    Compliance Analyst - Remote

    What You'll Bring:

    • Perform regular Compliance Monitoring activities across the UK business (including testing, documenting and reporting), in accordance with the approved annual TU UK Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP).
    • Track and support the completion of agreed compliance remediation actions from issues arising from compliance oversight work.
    • Support the preparation, maintenance and execution of the CMP monitoring activities via delivery and completion of allocated Plan work.
    • Provide guidance to business stakeholders in the improvement of operational documents, processes and procedures where improvements are identified to remediate monitoring issues identified to ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation that records compliance monitoring activity work (including sample testing approach, sampled testing results, and conclusions and remedial actions needed).
    • Represent the Compliance function across the business through all interactions arising from CMP compliance monitoring work, and assisting with other ad-hoc activities and requests from the Head of Compliance as they arise.
    • Work proactively when needed with other second and third line teams to ensure that key compliance risks are known, understood and subject to appropriate compliance oversight as needed.
    • Perform regular oversight of TransUnion mandatory internal compliance training completion by Associates.
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and develop compliance monitoring methods/systems

    Compliance Operations Analyst - Remote

    As a tactical and technical resource, you will contribute to various global compliance programs managed by the Compliance Program Management team (CPM) including Records Management and Issue Management. You will be assigned to various projects and programs based on the needs and priorities of the larger CPM organization.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • System work will include inputting information into various compliance systems manually or through upload processes that include filling out templates, organizing information and saving documents within a defined system folder structure.
    • Performing quality control steps to ensure system and report accuracy.
    • Assisting with inputting, gathering and summarizing key metrics used in various reports.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Operations or Project Management role.
    • Ability to learn, navigate and fully utilize various software systems/programs including Compliance 360 (C360), Coupa, M365 (Teams), Excel and PowerPoint.
    • System learning, administration, data entry and tactical project execution.
    • Basic administrator skills, including but not limited to running reports, troubleshooting, organizing and manipulating data in MS Office products (like Excel).
    • Ability to perform data entry, both manual and via data import tools.
    • Ability to perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
    • Must be flexible to rapid change.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Self-starter, strong collaboration skills.
    • Prior experience working with a globally located team (onsite/offshore model).
