    Talent Manager

    Summary

    We are looking for someone to source a superb candidates and develop ours team members by:

    • Being the first point of contact for employees for Recruitment related matters;
    • Ensuring a smooth recruitment process by following up on recruitment requests;
    • Ensuring all recruitment channels (systems, websites etc.) are up to date;
    • Maintaining and utilizing other departmental and colleague communication channels, e.g. notice boards, handover reports, social media, etc.;
    • Responsible for recruitment related activities, such as attending industry fairs, facilitating company presentations and providing school visits;
    • Being the first point of contact for schools and maintain relationships;
    • To implement effective training programs for colleagues in coordination with Human Resources and Departmental Trainers;
    • Planning, developing, implementing and supporting training programs for employees in coordination with the Human Resources department and department heads;
    • Facilitating workshops as required;
    • Planning and organizing the Welcome To Hyatt Training for new-hires;
    • Organizing social events;
    • Providing first line support for all learning related software, act as a coach for users and first line staff;
    • Reviewing performance management outcomes to assist determining learning and development needs to develop customized training material addressing specific needs;
    • Effectively planning and coordinating all leadership training in the area; training courses as well as venues and participants;
    • Assisting with Intern training programs and courses; coordinate production of any specific training material for Interns;
    • Liaising with hotels and participants on post training follow up; learning success and application;
    • Participating in any regional / corporate projects regarding L&D;
    • Having solid understanding of training and development trends and technology.

    Qualifications

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with social media and internal PR.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as local employment laws and regulations.
    • Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
    • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels.
    • Experience in designing and developing programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
    • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirements.
    • Experience working with talent.
    • Excellent pitching abilities.
    • Hospitality industry knowledge.
    • Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong marketing knowledge.

    Human Resources Manager

    Summary

    We are looking for an HR Manager to join our growing group; to:

    • Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
    • Assist in making sure that the hotel is adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
    • Assist in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.
    • Manage the hotel's employee welfare programs, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.
    • Maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations.
    • Respond to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
    • Ensure all training sessions are attended and registers are completed
    • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that we are treating every applicant well.
    • Assist the Director of Human Resources with the compilation and implementation of all employee communications.

    Qualifications

    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Post Grad Degree in Human Resources Management
