    Sourcing Analyst, Talent Acquisition

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team where you will be working closely with the regional Talent Acquisition team, identifying passive and active candidates for a variety of positions across multiple countries in CEMEA, with a primary focus on SSA region. This role is key to ensuring the successful sourcing and engagement of high quality and diverse talent for Visa.

    What we expect of you, day to day.

    • Engage with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity.
    • Become Visa storyteller to the world, sharing inspiring information with candidates about Visa, our business strategy, culture, current and future opportunities.
    • Attract, engage and advise potential talent with candidate experience being a top priority and Visa Employee Value Proposition being front of mind.
    • Continuously measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, interviewees and ultimately accept offers.
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to create partnerships that yield success, predictable results and credibility.
    • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including but not limited to LinkedIn, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals and networking events.
    • Identify talent in hard-to-reach places, learn about their skills and motivations and educate them on the culture and opportunities with Visa.
    • Utilize a variety of tools and resources to uncover premium untapped talent.
    • Conduct research to identify, evaluate and prioritise target companies and locations to headhunt from.
    • Proactively develop, grow and maintain a network of external prospects to feed into and nurture Visa talent pools.
    • Champion lead generation initiatives to drive a continuous high-calibre candidate flow.
    • Align to business strategy and deliver against metrics.
    • Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to target top talent.
    • Proactively provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders making strong recommendations to inform key recruiting decisions.
    • Deliver continuous improvements in the quality, time and cost of hiring via strategic and efficient candidate identification.
    • Track and use data driven techniques and analysis to solve sourcing problems, define success and translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders.
    • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be able to lead the way with industry best practice.
    • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in our applicant tracking system on candidates, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities.

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of talent sourcing experience in a multinational environment

    Consulting Director, SSA

    Job Description

    • Position Summary The Visa Consulting Director, based in Johannesburg, will deliver consulting support and projects to VISA's key clients across Sub-Saharan Africa markets, with a specific focus on South Africa.
    • The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships, identify and define digital strategies, optimize client performance by helping them implement campaigns and strategies recommended by Visa in the areas of customer lifecycle management and new product development and launches (predominantly credit and prepaid).
    • Principal Responsibilities Key Results Area Using VISA and external data to analyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with VISA’s key clients.
    • In coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, develop plans for consulting activity securing funds from partnership agreements to support Consulting projects where such agreements exist.
    • Develop project pitches and secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagements opportunities via a consultative sales approach in assigned markets.
    • Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Manage, facilitate and implement consulting services and meet client's business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants' supervision and project delivery).
    • Work closely with other VISA groups, including Product, Marketing etc., to ensure a seamless Consulting experience in the countries of focus.
    • Work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, value propositions and prepaid & credit products Develop and deliver client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to VISA clients.
    • Where appropriate, work with designated practice areas globally to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and leverage global consulting solutions.
    • Where appropriate, deliver and manage a network of external Consultants for projects that require external support and: Maintain excellent liaison and supervision of external consultants' deliveries. Assist in selecting, recruiting, inducting and training external consulting firms.
    • Work with other teams and external consultants to develop new and improved tools and techniques for future consulting activities.
    • Manage the VISA Consulting budget and resources to perform all required duties. Liaise with VISA functional teams (Finance, Audit, Legal, Tax, Sourcing) to define and implement processes to optimize the daily engagement of vendors and the relationships with clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
    • At least 12 years of solid experience in the following areas: value proposition design, digital transformation experience, product development and launch, portfolio and P&L management awareness in the credit and prepaid space
    • Experience should be gained within a top-tier bank or the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm. A combination of regional and global experience strongly desired.
    • Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. Advanced client contacts and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills to extract desired outcomes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA.
    • Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel skills. SAS skills preferred.
    • Superior project management skills. Fluent communicator.
    • Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused.
    • Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across SSA.
    • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups.

    Office Manager

    Purpose

    • The role will provide complete office management support to the Johannesburg
    • Office and serve as an Executive Assistant to the Country Manager-South
    • Africa and to undertake specific projects and activities as requested by the Country
    • Manager, GCM and key stakeholders

    Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area

    • Responsible for Johannesburg office Purchasing card (debit/credit) and to make local purchases in line with Visa policy, and as agreed by the Country Manager.
    • Ensure that all office events are fully supported from an administrative and liaison perspective, including Regional Meetings, Management Meetings, Road shows,Advisors Meetings, Member events etc.
    • Liaise with the Corporate Real Estate team to ensure the upkeep of the office inline with the approved budgets. Responsibility for coordinating between the Corporate Real Estate team and IT for procurement, maintenance and replacement for the office equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure that the Johannesburg Office Operating, Business Conduct, Quality, Health & Safety and Business Resumption Procedures and Policies are adhered to and reviewed in accordance with Visa policy.
    • To oversee the Facilities management team who would be responsible for the facilities and associated infrastructure including all office equipment, stationery and computer services (including day to day budgetary accountability).
    • To be responsible for a range of accounting tasks for the Johannesburg office ensuring compliance with local legislation, authorities and regulators and providing appropriate reports.
    • Manage daily tasks such as maintaining and updating members contact lists, mailing out relevant information to members and organization of Market visits agenda/meetings/appointments
    • Provide periodical reports( Weekly/Monthly or quarterly ) as agreed with Management
    • Manage the office events within agreed budgets
    • Manage the receptionist and the driver for the Johannesburg office.
    • Ensure smooth running of the Country Manager’s office by providing secretarial and administrative support.

    Strategic Nature, Management Accountability, & Scope

    • Represent Visa by providing the first point of contact with the Johannesburg Office. To deal effectively and courteously with member bank staff, the public, cardholders, external suppliers/agencies and other Visa staff. To ensure effective inter-office communications.
    • Manage the local corporate card programmes for employees in the Johannesburg office.
    • Ensure Members and Multi-regional member compliance to service levels, integrity of service records and efficient resolution of complaints.

    • Solves a range of problems analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.

    Financial & Organizational Scope

    • Manage the office P-Card for all purchases required in line with budget Card management Program Merchandise Control
    • Cvent Event management system updates
    • Form E (Transparency Letters)
    • Generation of invitation letters for travel visa purposes
    • Managing of Suppliers in conjunction with Controllership
    • Managing of Temp and Visitor badges

    Reporting Relationships & Interactions

    • This position reports to the Country Manager, South Africa. This individual will be expected to interact effectively with all levels of Visa management and staff.

    Executive Assistant

    • Ensure a good flow of communication and excellent secretarial support is provided for the Country Manager
    • Effectively manage the Country Manager’s diary, travel bookings and expense claims
