    Executive Assistant - JHB

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the Global CEO’s schedule and ensuring that all meetings are set up when required.
    • Ensure the preparation and effective running of meetings through the coordination of the pre-read, minute-taking, capturing key decisions and actions                     
    • Coordinate reports on projects, sales, and other general information to support the Global CEO in his preparation for meetings and decision-making.
    • Project management of key projects for the Global CEO.
    • Coordination of all administration duties for the Global CEO.

    Executive: Application and Data Services

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and develop a strategy and framework for Business Applications and Data within SYSPRO, to maintain a robust and scalable Application and Data infrastructure, to aid the business in decision-making.
    • Overseeing and managing the internal Application and Data management operations of SYSPRO globally.
    • Responsible for setting objectives and guidelines, establishing timelines and protocols, designing and developing databases, reviewing and assessing systems, and implementing maintenance checks.
    • Lead, manage, and mentor multiple teams consisting of developers, testers, database analysts, and BI resources to ensure they work effectively, collaborate, and meet the organization's objectives.
    • Responsible for guiding and executing critical reporting solutions and database management.
    • Manages and oversees integration with other systems/vendors. 
    • Support Enterprise-level Applications and Business Intelligence solutions.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respective applications team.
    • Identify, escalate and manage project risks and issues to resolution.
    • Coordinate analysis and resolve issues on all system upgrades and changes.
    • Provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
    • Monitor the performance of direct reports and provide coaching as needed.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize data needs and internal application requirements.
    • Assist in strategic planning, provide input into the budget planning, and establish performance goals. 

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Degree
    • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in development, application, and data-focused.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, set a vision, and drive them toward goals and objectives.
    • Knowledge of internal customer experience.
    • Experience in being a manager of managers.
    • Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience of working within project-centric environments, formally managed within a structured implementation framework.
    • Experience in Data Management strategies and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and review educational content to ensure that training is effectively rolled out to all audiences. Uploading, administration, and 
    • management of educational content on the global LMS.LXP. 

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Essential Qualifications : 

    • Diploma in Information Systems, Business Management, or relevant field. Degree is preferred;
    • Instructional Design or relevant training/ certificates is advantageous.

     Essential Experience

    • 2-3 years experience as an Instructional Designer

    • Experience working with LMS systems;
    • Systems experience would be advantageous.

    Senior BI Architect - JHB

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and analyze IT issues related to Business Intelligence (BI);
    • Gather requirements to design, and develop new reports and existing report enhancements;
    • Implement and maintain reports and the supporting data;
    • Design, build, and maintain data and integration architectures;
    • Create and maintain documentation on BI solutions in the enterprise;
    • Initiate information systems BI training programs presented to internal business groups;
    • Utilize data warehousing concepts;
    • Take primary accountability for the ZAP tool by ensuring that all security vulnerabilities in the web applications are monitored and corrected 

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant Degree in Computer Science Engineering, BS in Computer Science, or related; 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience. 

    Knowledge:

    • Experience and Knowledge of ZAP Tool; 
    • Experience with SQL Server including T-SQL, replication, stored procedures and performance tuning.
    • Experience with developing Microsoft OLAP solutions;
    • Experience with ETL utilizing SSIS;
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure database platform, both PaaS and IaaS;
    • Experience with Project-Based ERP systems and semantic knowledge of large project accounting is a plus;
    • Experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, SQL Data Warehouse is a plus;
    • Experience with predictive data modelling is a plus.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Senior certificate or NQF 4 equivalent.
    • B.Com IT or B. Com Accounting, PPIM will be advantageous.
    • Engineering degree will be advantageous.
    • Supply Chain degree will be advantageous.
    • 3 - 5 years SYSPRO experience.

    Knowledge:

    •  Minimum 2 years’ business process experience. 
    • Minimum 2 years’ SYSPRO product experience.
    • Minimum 2 years’ Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience.
