    QA Supervisor - Durban

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12
    • A formal Quality qualification will be an added advantage
    • Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Familiarity with ISO9001 quality standard or any other quality standard, i.e. VDA6.1 or ISOTS 16949 .
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in using quality management software and tools.

    QA - Field Quality Intern - Durban

    We are currently on a search for a  Field Quality Intern who will be responsible for group quality functions of Laundry, MDA and SDA products. All Field Quality related tasks related to Imports, Exports and Locally manufactured goods.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Matric
    • BSc / BTech. in an Engineering Field – Mechanical Engineering / quality management as a preference
    • Manufacturing or Automotive experience will be an advantage

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Associate - Material Planning (Ladysmith)

    We are currently on a search for an Associate Materials Planning who will expedite materials and ensure a smooth flow of materials from suppliers until they are delivered at the factory. Procurement of material in line with monthly and weekly production plan to ensure zero production line stoppages. Ensure that the right materials are delivered at the factory at the right time and in right quantities.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Place orders on suppliers.
    • Expedite orders on suppliers.
    • Place forecast on suppliers.
    • Control stock levels to target.
    • Update purchase order actions.
    • Evaluate price variances.
    • Update price changes.
    • Follow upon concession requirements, Engineering changes, obtain quotes, ISIR samples, LOA, Place orders for tooling.

    • Evaluate supplier on time delivery.
    • Review trial kitting lists.
