    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet specified operational requirements
    • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
    • Ensure that tools are kept in a safe working condition
    • Report and rectify process deficiencies in the production area.
    • Liaise with the Shift Foreman and Site Manager.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12 or N3

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a mining environment

    Site Administrator - Witbank

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Reporting

    • Daily site costing and forecasting on site level, including recording of daily hours on internal and external plant for daily costing and invoicing purposes by suppliers.

    Governance

    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (Value Added Tax Act etc.) including FA policies and procedures.
    • Ensure payroll inputs are in accordance with FA policy.

    Budget & Forecast

    • Process inputs of site level budgets and forecasts into the ERP system Assist with the monthly rolling forecast calculations.

    Operational Responsibilities

    • Perform other site and administrational duties as required.
    • Shared Services Responsibilities
    • Analyzing, drill down and identifying the variance amongst the budget, forecast and actuals.
    • Generating purchase requests and subsequent receipt of goods on site in accordance with orders placed.

    • Site stores and consumables management and recording of transactions relating to issues, receiving and stock take.

    • Ensuring site budget is adhered to Inventory management. Capturing of costs and revenue drivers onto the relevant system on a daily basis Escalating site level accruals to the Assistant Financial Controller Escalation of HR and Finance queries to Shared Services Assistance with bookings and administration relating to training.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12 with Accountancy and or Mathematics Computer literacy in Microsoft suite

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1 year experience in administrative role or similar Experience in ERP system would be advantageous.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Policy, Targets, Objectives & Goals

    Maintenance Planner - Gauteng

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maintenance

    • Organise equipment downtime for maintenance activities in coordination with the operational departments
    • Maintain and update preventive maintenance program and its master schedule
    • Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity, inclusive of repetitive maintenance
    • Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities

    Operations

    Costing

    • Assist in compiling and controlling annual maintenance budgets
    • Manage and control equipment life cycle components (LCC)
    • Assist with cost management through best pricing and value as well as component contract management

    Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards

    • Obtain drawings, manuals and other documents to ensure alignment of maintenance activities to OEM specifications
    • Review and update task lists to align with OEM standards and industry best practice

    Coordination

    • Coordinate to rebuild spare equipment through external suppliers to best practice standards
    • Coordinate and participate in SHEQ processes
    • Plan and schedule maintenance activities and planned shutdowns
    • Coordinate weekly planning and schedule meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • N4 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
    • Trade Certificate:  Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (red seal)
    • Planned maintenance / asset maintenance management course

    EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of five years experience in industry after qualifying
    • A minimum of three years supervisory and planning experience
    • Experience in maintenance planning of fixed or mobile plants
    • EAMS and CBM system experience
    • Proficiency in SAP, OnKey or other Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) will be advantageous
