    Marketing Co-Ordinator - Cape Town

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage and deliver advertising campaigns across an array of media channels:

    • Brief agency partners
    • Manage reverts and approval processes
    • Assess media plans and manage material deadlines
    • Manage budgets and spend

    Manage and deliver marketing projects aligned with investments team and sales team projects:

    • Take briefs from internal stakeholders
    • Create project plans to manage the delivery

    Business Development Manager - Cape Town

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Institutional Sales, Business Development and Client Management 

    • Responsible for initiating contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities for Prescient.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed deals, using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings and networking

    Asset Allocation/Balanced Quantitative Research
    The key objective is the development of new asset allocation tools and strategies, as well as the improvement of the current system

    • Assist in defining the asset allocation research/alpha framework.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Within 6 months, be competent across the existing analytical tools in PSec GEARS to enable supporting the PSec GEARS Product Owner and Business Development, answering client queries and assist with demonstrations and general marketing.

    Institutional Fund Accounting (Prescient Fund Services)

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Processing and setting up of audit, trustee, custody and management fees. 
    • Ensuring Variation Margin is processed correctly and matches the Clearing House Statement daily. 
    • Ensure capturing / processing of all 3rd Party duplication trades to the accounting system timeously and accurately (ensure they match the third-party valuation reports)
    • Pricing of funds and ensuring the valuation of financial instruments are in line with the funds’ performance e.g., equities, bonds, and derivatives.
