    Admin Clerk: Reception

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain
    • SAP Knowledge and proficiency in excel is an added advantage
    • 2 years of working experience in admin/Supply chain

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Reception – Answering of phone calls and receiving of visitors
    • Documenting all Outbound Warehouse documentation and file them according to numbers
    • Asset Register verification
    • Ordering of all adhoc stock
    • Reports on all inbound and outbound shipments
    • Provides stock count assistance once a month (Saturday)
    • Provide support for the team where required

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Daily Receipts Processing

    • Receive and Process Credit Notes, Discounts ensure that these documents have been authorised
    • Count all cash from drivers under the view of the camera system and capture on Driver cash up spreadsheet
    • Follow up on any shortages and gather reasons for driver shortages these are to be reported within 24hrs (Contact Driver / Driver Supervisor to Identify Reasons for Short Payment)
    • Receipt cash up into the drivers JDE customer account
    • Process authorised petty cash payments
    • Issue petty cash for authorised casual wage expenditure

    General Processing

    • Maintain filing system
    • Ordering and issuing of company pre-printed stationary

    Cash Handling

    • Accurate counting of cash and reconciling of daily banking
    • Daily reconciliation of cash vault machine

    Admin Clerk: Trip Recon

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Pull Open Shipment report daily (Vector SAP Report)
    • Check all POD’s received during the day that documentation is complete.
    • Email VPT if any documentation is missing.
    • Trip Reconciliation:

    To close out a shipment

    • Close shipments on ZSDTR11 and 12 (incl. Cross border)
    • Ensure the shipment status is Green on the header section of the shipment. Debriefing, Returns, ZRET, Credit note , SIT, if any of the status are red, identify items on the dashboard and correct.
    • Close off / end shipment for further processing
    • Keep ageing of Open Shipments to the minimum and under 7 days outstanding - Cross border is 20 days
    • Report daily on open orders and progress
    • Stock count assistance (once a month – Saturday)

    Master Data Administrator - Westville

    Job Description    

    RCL FOODS is recruiting for a Master Data Administrator, to join our dynamic Master Data team based in Westville.

    The Master Data Administrator will be responsible for:

    Providing administrative support to the master data teams

    • Validating the submission of requests to Master Data for appropriate approval / authorisation in line with MD Policies & Procedures.
    • Consolidating take on requests and master data attribute amendments in respect of multiple ERP systems, for processing.
    • Providing front-line support between the Business and master data teams in respect of requests received for processing.
    • Performing an independent preliminary verification of new master data and amendment requests including verification for duplications

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Completed Tertiary qualification in the Finance or Supply Chain field
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills is (Essential)
    • Experience working in a SAP master data environment or a similar integrated systems environment, would be advantageous
    • Experience of business processes and disciplines with a combination of at least 2 to 3 divisions and/or functions such as financial/management accounting, inventory and materials management, quality control, product costing, data analysis and reporting etc, would be advantageous.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Master Data Administration

    • Cleanse and test the accuracy and completeness of requests for new master data records, through direct communication with the Business stakeholders.
    • Capture and update master data attributes accurately and timeously as per authorisation by the relevant approvers as indicated. Participate in project work in respect of new systems implementation and/or system enhancements.
    • Provide support to the Mater Data team relating to new and amended master data attributes, including the associated communication to users.
    • Continually propose and implement ways to improve master data maintenance and housekeeping.
    • Participate in the maintenance of master data information on depository information mediums outside the official ERP system(s) to ensure that all stakeholders in the Business have access to accurate and up to date master data information at all times.
    • Participate in the resolution of queries and issues relating to master data take-on and amendments.
    • To consolidate, file & record all Master Data take-on & amended requests daily
    • Maintain relationships with all stakeholders that utilise master data within the broader information management systems.
    • Perform independent verification checks/validation of master data take-on and amendments.
    • Ensure the capture of new master data and requests for amendments are appropriately authorised and correctly filed and safeguarded for audit requirements.
    • Perform technical administration including running reports and formatting and validating data including reviews for duplications etc.

    Senior Lab Analyst - Randfontein

    Minimum Requirements    

    • NDip Food Technology or equivalent qualification
    • Completed training and working experience on ISO 17025
    • Training on FSMS advantageous
    • Min 2 years hands on experience in the Supervisory position in a laboratory environment.

    Knowledge and Skill 

    • Proven experience in establishment, implementation and maintenance of ISO 17025 
    • Experience in chemistry testing laboratory including thorough knowledge on HPLC/UPLC usage for toxins, Protein analysis, NIR applications, Fat analysis (Soxhlet), PV, FFA, Salt, acidity, 
    • Duties & Responsibilities    
    • Manage the following lab activities:

    • Collect of samples for analysis as required

    Perform the following analysis accurately according to test methods as provided:

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 3 year Qualification in culinary arts / Qualified Chef
