    Detailed Description

    • Develop and execute sound channel marketing plans, activities and campaigns to ensure contribution to the achievement of the channel marketing and business strategy
    • Plan and execute marketing activities and programs with partners including joint physical and virtual events, above the line and below the line marketing initiatives.
    • Work with key stakeholders to manage and assess partner-initiated events before recommending a plan for execution.
    • Develop and execute channel marketing plans, campaigns and lead-generation programs in support of the organisations prospecting initiatives.
    • Develop and implement functional and cross functional marketing projects, plans, and programs in support of business and strategic plans.
    • Support channel managers with the planning and execution of channel events.
    • Actively engage channel management on channel marketing budget, effort and measurement.
    • Define and implement critical success metrics used to monitor effectiveness of channel marketing.
    • Manage internal agencies and specialists to deliver programs and events on time and under budget.
    • Develop and implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
    • Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
    • Manage channel marketing budget and expenses including forecasting accuracy.
    • Lead new product launch efforts in channel including collateral, communication strategy, merchandising procurement and related activities.
    • Ensure all channel marketing communications and content align with brand strategies.
    • Develop and manage key reports and analytics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and programs to make adjustments as needed.
    • Continuous improvement to ensure effective service

    • Quality assurance administration within OM Insure
    • Contribute to the implementation of a quality assurance process within OM Insure.
    • Provide feedback for coaching of OM Insure staff based on quality issues identified.
    • Identify risks, contribute to action plans and monitor the progress of these.
    • Provide input to process and system enhancements, especially in support of product, process or quality issues.

    Senior Tester

    Detailed Description
    Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.

    • Perform System testing on large scale projects and update HPQC with, results & error details and route calls to developer leads.
    • Design and draw appropriate test scenarios and test cases to implement test plans.
    • Verify that test cases are performed against test plans to enable clear and accurate reporting of test results and progress.
    • Test and Quality Assure components that are categorised as significant or major changes prior to migration into the production environment to ensure that these components operate according to specified requirements.
    • Act as an independent verifier of data against source data and document any discrepancies.
    • Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
    • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies.
    • Update HPQC and route to test analyst.
    • Update HPQC with copy of technical specification, test results and route call to Product Support Services resolver group manager (defect / enhancement).
    • Identify and document problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation.
    • Maintain and provide controls for multiple test software and hardware baselines.

    Analyse/assimilate project documentation to build a thorough understanding of the business and technical requirements of systems to be tested.

    • Analyse test cases and provide regular progress reports.
    • Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
    • Liaise with business analysts, system analysts and developers in producing test plans.
    • Provide feedback and inputs to seniors and or team leads.
    • Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing.
    • Support the presentation and formal review or audit of test results, providing briefing and decision supporting material.
    • Maintain documentation of the testing outcomes for reference and audit purposes.
    • Service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
