Miller at Tower Group

The Role

• Our client, based in Estcourt and operating in the food production sector, seeks to employ a Miller. The purpose of the position will be to supervise the activities of a group of employees/controllers engaged in a variety of milling activities. You will also be responsible for the training of new employees as well as the training in safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant National Training Certificate
• A minimu of 5 years experience in milling
• A minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role
• MUST be able and willing to work both day and night shifts as this plant operates on a 24 hour basis
