    Maintenance Controller : C&A - Midrand

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Production department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for Maintenance Controller C&A, which is based at Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to Packaging Engineering. The key purpose of the role is to lead and manage the technical team; to pro-actively ensure proper execution of maintenance on line equipment and to provide professional technical support to the Control & Automation team so that reliability and effectiveness of the line is maximized, and losses and risk minimized.

    Warehouse Operator - Devland

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Warehouse department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Warehouse Operator role, which is based in Devland. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Warehouse.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • To execute the activities within the warehouse according to the issued plan within the required operational efficiency standards.
    • Ensure all trucks/trailers are loaded on time & in full according to the issued plan • Ensure compliance to model stock layout for all SKUs.
    • Ensure stock is removed from the production lines such that there are no disruptions to production due to forklift availability.
    • Ensure loads are picked on time & accurately.
    • Comply to housekeeping standards.
    • Comply to processes.
    • Achievement of personal operational efficiency standards.
    • Care for assets as per standard operational practices.
    • Comply with relevant stock management processes including counting of inventory daily.
    • Ensure pallets are stretch wrapped according to standard

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    • Grade 12/Matric with Maths.
    • Must be conversant in English (as the home language or at least a first additional language).
    • 6- 12 months relevant warehouse experience (load making /forklift operation).
    • Valid forklift driver licence an advantage (if candidate application successful, will be trained).
    • Clear criminal and credit check.
    • Prepared to work overtime and shifts

    Refrigeration Mechanic - Linbro Park

    Key purpose

    • To provide technical support and services to the Equipment services division and other related stakeholders through the installation, maintenance and repair of fountain & coffee equipment in order to meet all quality standards and to achieve customer service excellence. 

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key outputs and Accountabilities 

    Equipment installation and maintenance 

    • Installation and removal of fountain and hot beverage equipment.
    • Servicing of fountain and hot beverage machines.
    • Repaired and maintained equipment.
    • Solved situational problems.
    • Customer satisfaction.
    • Maintained safety, health and environmental standards.
    • Managed own development and performance.
    • Tested equipment before final assembly.
    • Complete work in line with the requirements of SHEQ systems

    Daily activities 

    • Customer satisfaction with regards to installations, preventive maintenance & repairs.
    • Managing of equipment spare parts and apply solid hand-eye coordination.
    • Application of advanced assembling skills.
    • Use conceptual skills.
    • Understanding of HACCP & Food safety.
    • Maintained safety, health and environmental standards.
    • Calibration of equipment to meet quality requirements.
    • Complete work in line with the requirements of SHEQ systems.
    • Maintain an internal locus of control and manage own development and performance. 

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric or N3 (Refrigeration/electrical).
    • Registered Trade Test - Refrigeration.
    • Minimum requirement: 2 years’ experience in refrigeration/vending/fountain in the field (maintenance and repairs of commercial fridges).
    • Valid Code 08 driver's licence (must currently be driving). Code 10 will be an added advantage.

    Other requirements

    • Technical Knowledge.
    • Must be a South African Citizen.
    • Clear Criminal and Credit record.
