    Site Shift Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand the maintenance or extra works to be carried out and identify the potential impact to health and safety and critical plant operation.
    • Identify and utilise mitigating measures to address the potential impact, through the implementation of safe systems of work and operational procedures.
    • Supervise the engineering team on critical maintenance and operations.
    • Assist with the asset condition reviews for engineering plant.
    • Comply with the customers change approval system.
    • Actively supervise engineering risks through applying CERM methodologies.
    • Be proficient in the use and application of CERM Quantum.
    • Establish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with the CBRE site engineering team, CBRE Management team, DCS and other client staff.
    • Lead cultural change on a daily basis, through being an effective role model for safe working practices, compliance, quality standards and best practice methods.
    • Volunteer ideas/initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and improved service levels.
    • Positive contribution to the “team” effort, with a “can do” attitude and raising of standards.
    • Ensure the shift operating team and updated daily on works to be completed and deliver and update at the end of each shift and handover.
    • Ensure you are well informed of the duties from the previous shifts and are able to provide accountability of the site operations.
    • Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the shift teams are aligned with planned works, and that feedback to the Operations Manager on activities that may impact planned works.
    • Undertake other tasks, as required by the Operations & Contract Manager, in accordance with experience and competencies.

    • Proven experience in data centre facilities management
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions and report on Trends.

    Real Estate Transaction Manager

    What you will bring

    • Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 7+ years in the real estate industry, including managerial experience.
    • Experience in commercial acquisition, disposition, and lease transactions.
    • Registration with the PPRA (Property Practitioner’s Regulatory Authority in South Africa is required.
    • Candidates with a recognised real estate qualification (RICS or similar) will have a distinct advantage.

    What you will be doing

    Transaction Management

    • Oversee a year-on-year program of acquisitions, disposals, subleases, closures, and renewals to optimize property locations.
    • Manage project delivery and reporting, ensuring alignment with client requirements, financial stewardship, and strategic goals.

    Reporting

    • Ensure timely and accurate updates of the CBRE CRM Tool, TransAct, with support from the Centre of Excellence team.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Engage with senior stakeholders to align property strategies with church expansion plans.
    • Develop and present business cases for property transactions, securing internal approvals.
    • Collaborate with Project Management teams for seamless project execution and KPI achievement.

    Governance & Risk

    • Ensure all transaction management activities comply with organizational standards and procedures.
    • Monitor, escalate, and mitigate risks within the organization’s operational risk framework.

    Finance

    • Develop, manage, and monitor performance against the annual real estate budget.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Supply Store Operator

    Main purpose / objective of the position:
    The main purpose of this role is to:

    • Assist with the successful delivery of an integrated Facilities Management solution to the client in line with the Service Level Agreement.
    • Assist in general running and upkeep of the Supply Store.

    Decision making authority:

    • Decision making is limited and specific. None additional to those taught to the incumbent are required to perform the job.
    • Work within a framework of existing policies and guidelines/client mandates

    Experience / Education:
    Required

    • Grade 10 or equivalent, and / or approximately 3 years’ experience in a store or warehouse environment.
    • Driver’s license.

    Preferred

    • Experience within the Facilities Management field is preferable

    Regional Head of Real Estate

    What you will bring

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Finance, or related fields.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transaction and asset management, preferably with multinational clients.
    • Experience in account and client management, with strong commercial acumen.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., RICS) or equivalent real estate qualifications preferred.
    • Strong team leadership skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to manage complex transactions.
    • Ability to operate in high-pressure environments and make strategic decisions.
    • Experience in partner/vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

    What you will be doing

    Real Estate Strategy & Transaction Management

    • Act as the primary Single Point of Contact for all real estate transaction management activities across the regional portfolio.
    • Lead and refine the end-to-end delivery of the real estate transaction model in line with organizational goals.
    • Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to client’s group standards & procedures while optimizing outcomes.
    • Oversee strategic portfolio expansion through acquisitions of land, existing buildings, redevelopment opportunities and leases
    • Oversee disposals, renewals and closures.
    • Provide leadership on major real estate transactions, ensuring alignment with long-term property strategies.

    Operational & Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of asset and transaction management professionals.
    • Oversee cross-country initiatives, ensuring consistency in execution across diverse markets while respecting cultural considerations.
    • Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Project Management and Operations teams.
    • Drive staff deployment, performance management, and professional development in collaboration with HR and Finance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews between the client’s property function and the real estate team.

    Financial & Risk Management

    • Hold overall budgetary responsibility for the Account.
    • Manage financial oversight, including staff financials and cost control in collaboration with Finance.
    • Ensure adherence to risk management policies and drive corrective actions where needed.
    • Provide financial analysis, due diligence, and contract negotiation support.
