    Business Analyst

    What will you do?

    • You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, performance and profitability.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
    • Degree in Business Administration would be advantageous 

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, preferably within a sales or call center environment.
    • Experience in short-term insurance industry is highly desirable 

    Deliverables

    Process Mapping and Documentation:

    • Engage with team leaders and department heads to document end-to-end processes.
    • Develop detailed process maps using standardized methodologies and tools.
    • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes.

    Analysis and Efficiency identification:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of mapped processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and inefficiencies.
    • Use data and metrics to quantify the impact of identified inefficiencies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recommendations for process improvements.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

    • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information and validate process maps.
    • Clearly present findings and improvement recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis and sales operations.
    • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the call center.

    Business Claims Advisor

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4  
    • RE will be beneficial  

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum 3 years claims experience.  
    • Minimum 5 years in the STI environment  
    • Motor and Non-Motor claims experience and/or previous business insurance/commercial insurance is essential

    Responsibilities:

    • Register claims and appoint assessors.
    • Manage claims in terms of claims SLA
    • Make decision regarding merit – indemnify or not
    • Negotiate settlement.
    • Manage the salvage process (motor & non-motor salvage)
    • Detection of fraud and management of fraudulent indicators
    • Keep the operational system updated.
    • Provide thorough and timeous feedback to the relevant parties.
    • Complaint’s resolution

    Client Service Technical Agent

    Role description

    • Dealing with Multi-claimants clients 
    • Processing claims requests (calling and cancelling policies for Fraud, Dishonesty, and total loss).
    • Processing premium prejudice requests. 
    • Processing refunds requests.
    • Upsell MiWay’s value added products.  

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
    • RE 5  
    • FAIS 

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of Call Centre and administrative experience 
    • Minimum 2 years in the STI environment

    Claims Web/App Advisor

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
    • B Admin (Optional) 

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum 1 - 2 year’s experience in claims administrative role. 
    • Minimum 1 – 2 year’s experience in Claims Web and App Chats will be beneficial. 

    Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

    • Through good digital communication, chat with our valued clients via WhatsApp, Web and MiWay Apps. 
    • Comprehensive feedback to clients on all Claims-related queries to ensure that all needs are met at first interaction.
    • Escalate any claims to the relevant claims group business units, should you not be able to do first-chat resolution. 
    • Offer clients any assistance to operate or lodge claims on our digital platforms. 
    • All the above needs to be completed under the set service level targets, while ensuring you do not cause complaints in your interactions with our clients. 
    • You will be required to offer the utmost world-class service that deserves logged compliments from our clients, where targets will be set to be reached.
