Minimum Experience
- 2+ years of development exposure and/or experience
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying bots in Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Proven experience with UiPath.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, AD beneficial
- Working knowledge/understanding of Workflow process development

- Advanced RPA Engineering: Develop robust, scalable UiPath automation solutions for high-volume back-office processes, ensuring error handling and security standards are met.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI Builder and Copilot capabilities to extract data from unstructured documents and feed it into RPA pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune the performance of the automation stack, providing technical support for integrated AI/RPA solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation for solution architectures, bot logic, and integration flows.

Our Learnership programme
- The Miway Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation initiative aimed at building a sustainable pipeline of talented people who will support business in meeting its objectives by addressing the present lack of skills within the financial services sector.
- At the end of the 12-month internship, candidates will have obtained their RE5 regulatory qualification, a key requirement for working in the insurance industry and supporting their professional development.
- The RE5 regulatory qualification will allow learners to apply for professional membership of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) in the designation category of IISA Member (MIISA).
- The learnerhship integrates practical knowledge transfer, and includes both structured work experience and structured learning with an accredited training provider.

- The MIS (Management Information System) Team at MiWay is seeking a positive, self-motivated individual to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Development space. This role plays a key part in delivering BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the business while also including a small management component.
- As part of the MIS team, you'll work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to develop and maintain reporting solutions that support operational and strategic goals. We're looking for someone who is passionate about data, reporting, and translating business requirements into effective BI solutions.

Minimum qualifications required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum experience
- BI and Analytics experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence development, data analysis, or a similar quantitative role.
- Industry expertise: Demonstrable experience working within the Short-Term Insurance or broader Financial Services industry is advantageous.
- Data warehouse experience: Proven background in designing and working with data warehouse concepts.
