    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives. This role involves driving strategic growth, securing high-value deals, and building influential relationships in the South African market. The ideal candidate will also be adept at cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Software Sales Executive

    • We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Representative with a strong background in software sales and a proven ability to engage with C-suite executives. This role is critical in driving the adoption of Raizcorp’s software solutions across key markets in South Africa. The ideal candidate will excel at presenting complex solutions, generating high-quality leads, and closing high-value deals through both strategic outreach and cold calling.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the sales cycle: Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—with a focus on high-value engagements.

    • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with internal product and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer feedback.
    • Represent Raizcorp: Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and represent the company as a software thought leader.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5–8 years in software sales, preferably with a track record of engaging C-suite executives and closing complex B2B deals.

    Skills:

    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
    • Ability to simplify complex software concepts for non-technical stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive sales mindset

    FET Mathematical Literacy Teacher

    • As our high school Math Literacy educator, you’ll help learners build a practical understanding of mathematics and how it applies to everyday life, business, and entrepreneurial contexts. You will play a key role in preparing learners for real-world financial and data-driven decision-making.

    Your responsibilities

    • Teach Mathematical Literacy (Grades 10–12) within the IEB curriculum
    • Create and deliver engaging lessons that connect math to real-life applications and entrepreneurial thinking
    • Prepare learners thoroughly for the IEB final examinations
    • Foster critical numeracy, financial literacy, and problem-solving skills
    • Use innovative methods and tools to make abstract concepts accessible and relevant

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education with FET phase specialization – non-negotiable
    • Permanent SACE registration (with valid certification) – non-negotiable
    • 3+ years of teaching experience in the FET phase (preferably in an IEB context)
    • Strong understanding of IEB assessment standards and curriculum planning
    • Passionate about helping learners apply math to real-world and entrepreneurial scenarios
    • Comfortable working in a small, high-impact, innovation-driven school environment
