    Distribution and Contract Management Team Lead

    Product Sourcing & Optimising landed cost of bulk products 

    • Set the yearly product sourcing strategy in alignment with the sales targeted volumes
    • Optimizing the total landed cost of products through implementation of best practices of products sourcing & transport optimization techniques
    • Work hand by hand with bulk analyst to analyze operational & safety KPIs mainly related to KM/TON , fleet & drivers hours optimization, defining concrete action for continuous improvement   
    • Evaluates distribution feasibility of new contracts involving sales, customer installations teams and National Logistics Manager. 
    • Participates in the optimization of routing tools by identifying gaps between functions and transport dispatching needs. Ensures that the team uses routing tools properly and identifies training needs. 

    Contract Management:

    • Ensure proper implementation of bulk contract in term of operational, safety & commercials aspects 
    • Review & approve the monthly billing template provided from bulk transporter(s) ensuring that the billed amount is correct & aligned with commercial,contractual governance & group bench mark whenever applicable.
    • Summarizes fleet evolution needs prior to transportation contract re-negotiation with the transport provider. Adjusts the fleet of tractors/trailers in coordination with the transport provider to the distribution needs and leverage the contractual terms of transportation agreements
    • Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive measures are in place in order to answer customer complaints and all requirements for Safety & Quality are adhered to and managed as per given deadlines.
    • Lead meetings such as: planning meetings with transporters, special meetings for CO2, problem solving and RCA, HR and Quality meetings
    • Focus on continuous improvement in terms of maintenance of tankers, understanding of causes on the field

    Educational requirements

    • Preferably BSC in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) or 
    • Master Degree - Logistic & supply chain, Engineering or equivalent or
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Production Management or Supply Chain qualification

    Experience

    • 5 - 10 years of experience covering the following domains of expertise
    • Excellent Knowledge & practical experience of dangerous good  planning & dispatching active cycles, 
    • Excellent knowledge of field execution of dangerous good transport & contract management, 
    • Fair knowledge of road safety fundamentals & regulation,
    • Fair knowledge of fleet maintenance, basic understanding of maintenance needs for undercarriage, running gears, axles, different braking & safety systems, Cryogenic maintenance knowledge is an additional  advantage, 
    • High analytical skills, able to read & understand what behind KPIs with ability to identify rooms for continuous improvement

    Bulk Dispatcher

    Optimizing Deliveries:

    • Daily review of customers' consumptions, identifying triggered customers to be delivered.
    • Prepare the daily plan in the most optimized way optimizing Km/ton, vehicle hours (Fleet & Drivers Utilization) each trip
    • Adapt the proposed plan by ALTO to the daily constraints (Product availability, fleet breakdown, drivers availability) 

    Trip Return Analysis & Continuous Improvement 

    • Close the trip after the deliveries, understanding exception for future improvements
    • Update the transport management system( ALTO )  by the right setting for future deliveries optimization
    • Analyze daily distribution KPIs in coordination with bulk analyst introducing potential savings opportunities  
    • Asses regularly the transport system ( ALTO ) database & identify incoherent data in coordination with bulk Analyst & digital tools owner to correct incoherent data ( Data cleaning )
    • Dispocoaching & training of other planners to raise their awareness of bulk fundamental & best practices techniques for deliveries optimization.

     Educational requirements

    • Degree in Engineering or Production Management or Supply Chain qualification, targeting maximum 3 - 5 years 
    • It is preferable to hire Engineers in this position as we are targeting maximum 3 - 5 years
    • Preferably BSC in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) or 
    • Master Degree - Logistic & supply chain, Engineering or equivalent or

    Experience

    • In supply chain management
    • Planning
    • Analytical skills and attention to details
    • Experience in working with transporters

    Quality Advanced Process Control Engineer (Q-APC)

    Your mission is to design and implement advanced process control solutions, ensuring efficiency and reliability in production systems. Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Lead the deployment of Q-APC methodologies, including assessments, action plans, and technical troubleshooting for performance optimization.
    • Develop and execute Q-APC roadmaps, track efficiency gains, and establish KPIs for operational effectiveness.
    • Provide training, coaching, and documentation to support Advanced Process Control teams and ensure smooth transitions to advanced control systems. 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders globally, aligning on deployment plans, value creation, and compliance with corporate standards.

    Minimum requirements:

    • You hold a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MSc preferred).
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
    • You have proven experience in process control systems

    Technical Skills:

    • You are proficient in at least one DCS system and control loop optimization.
    • You have strong knowledge of advanced control techniques and process instrumentation.
    • You have practical experience in computer networking and communication protocols (e.g., OPC, DDE).
