    National Recovery Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Operational Duties

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales and optimize recovery rates through optimizing existing sales channels and identifying and exploring new sales channels.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop operational reports and run reports to support measurement of key performance indicators.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    DC Claims Controller - Durban

    SAFETY

    • Ensure that all prescribed safety and operational procedures are adhered to at all times.

    DC Industrial Engineer Systems

    Your responsibilities will include:

    System Administration and Maintenance

    • Day to Day administration of Oracle WMS – user maintenance, user access, profiles, and location maintenance.
    • Day to Day administration of other operational warehouse systems - user accounts, access, profiles.
    • Performing routine audits of systems and operational processes.

    Training, Development and Continuous Improvement

    • Responsible for maintenance of technical training schedules in support of operational SOP’s.

    • Assist operations with good system practice & change management.
    • Conducting training sessions and workshops for DC operations and management teams to increase their proficiency in using the developed dashboards and reports.
    • Auditing of DC processes to ensure that the correct procedures are being followed / if any intervention is needed.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Returns Outbound Manager

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead the Return functions within the Johannesburg or Cape Town returns department
    • Inbound operations will include Unloading, receiving, evaluating, filing and shipping of customer returns within the Takealot.com group

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in the management of stock
    • Strong People management
    • Full understanding of a WMS, application, troubleshooting, and reporting dashboards
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in management role in operations

    WMS - Process Engineer

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Day to Day administration of Oracle WMS – user maintenance, location maintenance, level 1 support to DC operations, troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP.
    • Interface between DC Operations and WMS System for issue logging and resolution with Oracle. Reporting and giving feedback to DC Operations of issues being tracked and analyzing issue trends with WMS Vendor.
    • Part of a team responsible for design, configuration and implementation of new and re-engineering of existing WMS processes.
    • Testing and roll-out of proposed new functionalities in the WMS and managing quarterly upgrades of Oracle WMS.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience within DC operations
    • Previous experience administrating WMS Systems
    • Previous experience or knowledge on WMS systems such as Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP, Highjump or similar.
    • Industrial Engineering, B.Comm Logistics or similar degree preferred
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office.
    • ERP/WMS System knowledge.
    • Supply Chain and DC operational process knowledge.
