    Junior Financial Accountant - Corporate Services

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Performing accounting function for the business including preparation & analysis of the monthly financial management reports.
    • Perform monthly expenses and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis for review by the Financial Manager.
    • Maintain and substantiate financial transactions with a clear audit trail.
    • Approve creditors' payment information on the banking and accounting system & ensure compliance with internal controls.
    • Provide support to develop budgets, monitor budgets & savings.
    • Manage general ledger and subsidiary ledger reconciliations.
    • Analyse data & prepare financial reports.
    • Perform month-end and year-end accounts closure process.
    • Prepare annual financial statements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Completed an Accounting qualification and articles (SAIPA or SAICA).
    • Minimum of one year accounting work experience.
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills essential.
    • Accpac & Caseware advantageous.
    • Experience in VAT & Payroll Returns & SARS query process.
    • Registration as a tax practitioner will be advantageous.
    • Intercompany experience with recharges advantageous.

    Dental Assistant - Gonubie

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Manage accuracy and integrity of data.
    • Ensure sound Dental operational practices aligned with the Dental operating Model.
    • Quality customer service aligned with Intercare’s vision, mission, and values.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12.
    • Completion of approved training course in Dental Assisting , or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
    • Previous experience in a customer focused service environment.
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
    • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of general dentistry as applied to assisting a Dentist in the treatment and care of patients.
    • Advanced knowledge of dental terminology.
    • Basic understanding of the functioning of dental healthcare Environment.
    • Knowledge of treatment codes used in dentistry in doing quotations for advanced dentistry treatment procedures.
    • Specialised dental procedures with the main focus of aesthetic dentistry.
    • Experience in billing procedures on GoodX.
    • Registered or in the process of registering with HPCSA as Dental Assistant.

    Admin Coordinator - Century City

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Assess billing information and ensure correctness.
    • Actively maintain stock management processes.
    • Regularly maintain and review GOODX and SWITCH system set-up.
    • Manage main receptionist staff members and rostering.
    • Ensure maintenance of office equipment.
    • Ensure that all accounts are properly followed up.
    • Effective problem identification by utilizing the age analysis.
    • Daily cash–up control and banking processes.
    • Managing of all patient accounts and all functions relating to it.
    • Responsible for managing the practice in the absence of the practice manager.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • A degree or diploma will be advantageous
    • 2-3 Years' experience within office administration environment
    • Previous experience within the healthcare industry advantageous
    • GoodX system experience will be advantageous
    • Computer proficiency essential
    • MS Office 365 experience will be advantageous
