What You'll Bring:

Role Responsibilities:

• Support various stakeholders with security related queries or issues.

Key Tasks:

What You'll Bring:

• Technical Analyst for SOC monitoring and response efforts leveraging threat intelligence, forensics and automation capabilities
• Design and build custom tools for investigations and research capabilities
• Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of new security technologies

Impact You'll Make:

• Overall 3 to 5 years of experience in SOC monitoring (identifying, investigating and responding to complex attacks)
• Incident Response experience a plus
• Strong host forensics analysis skills (EDR, Static & Dynamic analysis)
• Experience with investigative technologies such as SIEM, packet capture analysis and Memory analysis tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with other Cyber teams and company employees on Cyber investigations and escalations
• Strong understanding of threat landscape in terms of the tools, tactics, and techniques of Threats employing both commodity and custom Malware
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals of Windows, Unix/Linux, and Macintosh

Impact You'll Make:

• As a Senior Sales Lead, you will support TU’s efforts to grow the Fraud and ID solutions business in Africa and Middle east within our target set of verticals by delivering to revenue plans
• Solution sales lead and subject matter expert: become a sales subject matter expert on flagship TransUnion Fraud & ID products in Africa and Middle east and build expertise in identified critical business issues so that you are seen as a specialist on the solutions we have offer to solve these problems
• You will do this by first developing the strategic buyer approach as a critical component of the overall account plan to expand business
• You will execute on this approach by leading the sales pursuit to support all stages of the sales opportunity lifecycle. This includes: Primary buyer contact; relationship / opportunity development; preparation and delivery of sales presentations; contract negotiations; and successful hand off to the client success teams
• Deliver presentations that demonstrate TU’s value proposition; develop/propose solutions, handle objections, contract negotiations and close new business.
• In addition, you will partner with your regional sales peers to establish relationships with known buyers, decision makers and influencers among TransUnion’s existing customers to cross sell/upsell.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to set and meet sales growth goals and objectives to expand company revenue and profit
• In the pursuit of new sales opportunities, you will direct the appropriate engagement of TransUnion’s sales support resources (e.g., our Line of Business Teams, Global Solutions Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), pre-sales engineers, account managers).

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in direct outside/inside sales communicating with all levels of the buying organization including C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal business units to identify and solve client business issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Proficient in SalesForce. Comfortable traveling 50% of the time.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• CISSP qualified, or similar qualification or proven relevant experience
• Proven track record in an IT Security role
• Strong understanding of technical security risk, threat, and vulnerability management principles
• Ability to drive own workload identifying risks and requirements working flexibly where required
• Willingness to learn and undertake formal and informal training should it be required
• It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
• A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
