    Employee Relations Clerk,JHB

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource/Employee Relations/IR qualification will be advantageous.
    • 1 year working experience in HR/ IR related roles
    • Computer literate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of various Labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE,) preferable

    Key Performance Areas 

    • Execute compliance monitoring processes, such as Labour Inspector visits
    • Check all disciplinary documentation received and ensure 100% compliance
    • Promoting harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labor legislation and the company’s policies and procedures
    • Assist with investigation of incidents and ensure fair and consistent application of the disciplinary code
    • Arrange hearings where applicable
    • Assist with the preparation of all disciplinary enquiries
    • Assist with drafting of communications and preparations of documentation relating to CCMA cases
    • Keep proper records of all IR related matters
    • Drafting of communication: Emails, letters, reports

    Projects & Facilities Clerk,JHB

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric with Business Administration qualification or related field
    • 1+ year relevant experience in a similar filed
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure tolerance
    • Ability to work extra time over weekends and afterhours as per operational requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Arrange project related meetings in case of store closure, refurb, rightsizing of store & relocation of store
    • Providing administrative support as needed
    • Creating and managing WhatsApp groups for each project
    • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
    • Post-mortems to be concluded with contractor after each project
    • Digitizing of all projects related documents i.e. quotes, invoices, budgets, recons
    • Ensure that all checklists for all projects are updated every Friday, inclusive of every aspect expected and related to the project
