    Logistics & Supply Chain

    The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work independently under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be globally literate. Accuracy and the obsession of meeting customer needs is of utmost importance. It is mandatory to have the applicable qualifications and experience as follows:


    • A Logistics qualification.
    • At least 3 years in a similar function.
    • SAP experience is mandatory.
    • It would be desirable to have good negotiating and technical skills.
    • Microsoft office skills, advanced excel & Powerpoint skills will be beneficial.


    • Fully responsible for a specific assembly process, commencing with the ordering of components, planning assembly lines, managing the performance there off and invoicing and delivering to the customer.
    • Ensure that stock quantities are maintained at the correct level via SAP.
    • Deliver product on time in full (OTIF) and in sequence to the customer requirements.
    • Make recommendations for improvements and cost reductions.
    • Monitor the daily performance of the assembly lines, customers and suppliers.

    Production Quality Technician

    About the job

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive quality environment.


    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Strong knowledge in Excel, SAP, Outlook.
    • Proven knowledge in IATF 16949
    • Good communication skills: written & verbal.
    • Formel quality qualifications will be advantageous
    • Detail orientated approach is essential
    • It is essential to understand and analyze processes


    • Updating of Control plans, SWI & FMEA for all serial operations
    • Ensure alignment between FMEA, Control plan & SWI to latest methods of working.
    • Responsible for FMEA go, see fix activities within the plant – whilst updating the GSF database to reflect the latest status.
    • Support launches of new projects
    • Understands & can do capability studies
    • Lead & co-ordinate continuous improvement activities on manufacturing process
    • Updating of SWI, FMEA & control plans on IQRM
    • Updating & ensuring correctness of all databases
    • Leading of 8D process for priority 1 findings
    • Ability to read, understand & audit according to customer specifications & standards
