    Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

    Job Description
    The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

    • Enterprise sales
    • Drive sales growth by following up on leads generating new leads and conducting meetings(on-site and virtual) with prospects
    • Maintain records in CRM of every interaction with prospects
    • Take prospective customers through the sales life cycle to a signed contract
    • Sales management and leadership
    • Identify, interview and recruit suitable sales professionals to meet the organisations sales goals
    • Motivate the sales team for individual and company success
    • Manage sales cadence with members of the sales team
    • Ensure CRM discipline is maintained by all sales team members

    The Successful Applicant
    We are looking for the following:

    • Relevant degree
    • 10 years at a minimum of experience in enterprise sales and sales management
    • SAAS experience
    • Must understand some IT elements
    • Knowledge of procurement and purchasing systems
    • Understanding the buying cycle from a procurement aspect
    • Must be able to sell to large corporates and work well with C level suite clients
    • Must have a network and be able to build relationships
    • Candidates who have market place experience will be given preference

    The Successful Applicant
    We are looking for the following:

    • HR or Social Science degree
    • An MBA or Masters would be highly advantageous
    • At least 12 years post qualification of which 6 years must be at management level
    • Must have HRBP practical experience
    • Thorough knowledge of the South African labour environment and laws
    • Working knowledge of expat management
    • Must be a AA candidate - non negotiable
    • Does not have to have manufacturing industry background however manufacturing FMCG experience would be beneficial
    • Experience in a start-up business would be highly advantageous
    • Must be open minded and be able to set up processes from start to finish
    • Must be able to work complex working hours and after hours
    • Must be able to work in tough and demanding work environment
    • Must have worked in a multi-cultural environment
    • Must be open to travel
    • Must have change management experience
    • Must be able to manage unions and build a succession plan
    • Put a performance plan cycle into action
    • Must be tenacious and able to be a firm individual who stands up to justify decisions within the business
    • Must be open to very little work life balance as the culture is still evolving
    • Candidate must be an innovative thinker and a self-starter who is hands on
    • Must be able to push boundaries and change things that are not working within the business
    • Must be a South African candidate
