    Organisational Development Consultant

    Your purpose:

    • To influence and implement strategically aligned business practices for sustainable organisational health and effectiveness within Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking.
    • Oversee and drive organisational development, wellness and performance solutions in the Cluster. 
    • If you possess a relevant post graduate qualification coupled with 5 – 8 years working experience in an Organisational Development, Consulting or HR management environment, then this could be your calling!
