Overview

• We’re looking for a Partner Hunter. A highly motivated, results-driven Partnerships Manager - New Business to join the EasyPay Voucher (EPV) team. This individual will be responsible for aggressively expanding our redemption partner network from 80 to ♾️+ partners over the next few months.
• The ideal candidate is independent, entrepreneurial, and thrives on closing new partnerships. You’ll be identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-value redemption partners across industries such as gaming, prepaid utilities, digital services, and travel, driving adoption of EasyPay Voucher as a preferred payment method.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new redemption partner opportunities across key verticals.
• Develop and execute a targeted acquisition strategy to scale partner growth from 80 to 800+.
• Lead end-to-end partner engagement from outreach (hunting), pitching, and negotiation, to onboarding and go-live with the assistance of the relevant team member in each of the phases.
• Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, and Commercial) to ensure seamless partner handover to integration and launch teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential partners using CRM tools and regular reporting.
• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and partner feedback to refine the acquisition approach.
• Represent EasyPay Voucher professionally in meetings, events, and industry forums.
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly acquisition targets with a laser focus on results. 

Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales hunting (preferably in fintech, payments, or digital services).
• Strong commercial and negotiation acumen, able to close deals fast and efficiently.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision; takes full ownership of targets and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and relationships simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with the hustle and discipline to execute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or fintech business expansion.
• Experience in voucher, prepaid, or payment ecosystems advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

What You’ll Do
Data Architecture & Design

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures
• Define data models, schemas, and standards across transactional and analytical systems
• Architect data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines
• Ensure alignment with fintech regulatory and compliance requirements

Data Engineering

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming data
• Integrate data from internal systems, third-party APIs, and financial data providers
• Optimize data processing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Develop and manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for data pipelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems in production

Security & Governance

• Implement data security, access controls, encryption, and monitoring
• Support data governance, lineage, and metadata management
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams on audits and regulatory needs

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and ML engineers
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for data usage
• Document architectures, workflows, and standards
• Mentor junior data engineers (if applicable)

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling (dimensional and/or normalized)
• Experience building data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java
• Hands-on experience with cloud data services (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with both batch and streaming data systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and governance principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience supporting analytics, BI, and machine learning workloads
• Knowledge of event-driven and real-time data architectures
• Prior experience leading architectural decisions or data platform migrations
