    Professional Nurse Coordinator_ eThekwini

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Degree/diploma or relevant nursing qualification
    • NIMART trained & certified
    • 2-years’ experience in nursing after registration
    • Clinical HIV management experience is mandatory
    • Dispensing licence
    • Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a professional nurse
    • Computer literate in MS office
    • Valid code 8 driver’s licence
    • Proficiency in English and another South African language
    • Clear criminal record

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and conduct outreach programmes and HCT services in the community, workplace, correctional services, farms schools and DOH facilities
    • Provide an enhanced appropriate package of treatment care and support of clients diagnosed with HIV, TB, STI’s, PrEP and other health related conditions
    • Provide technical assistance in HIV counselling and recording
    • Collaborate with community role-players in engaging scaling up of TB/HIV service provision
    • Maintain relations with health services and other NGO’s working to support program

    Data Capturer (PPPrev) (Secondment DOH) uThukela

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 coupled with one of more years related experience and/or training in HIV/AIDS
    • Certificate in database management, computer programmes or similar
    • Experience in capturing data, maintaining and/or updating databases
    • Data analysis which includes the whole data management process
    • 3 years’ experience with HIV, AIDS and STI programme data
    • Net and information management background
    • Proficiency in English and isiZulu languages
    • Fully computer literate in MS Office
    • Valid driver’s licence

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Neatly file PrEP client folders at the regional office
    • Retrieve client folders based on schedules provided by clinical staff
    • Update client information and enter newly initiated clients on the CommCare database
    • Capture data at catchment facilities where required on the TIER.Net PrEP module
    • Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports, verifying data and populating weekly and monthly trackers
    • Assist with the HTS, PPPrev and PrEP RDQAs as determined by M&E department
    • Assist with data verifications (incl. HTS and PrEP)
    • Assist M&E Coordinator in providing monthly data to THC management, DoH / partners / stakeholders
    • Assist to update results from NHLS on PrEP files/ database
    • Capture clients from PPPrev interventions on the PPPrev database
    • Assist Data Monitors to ensure that every client signed the intervention registers and POPIA consent form
    • Attend workshops, meetings and trainings as required
    • Attend weekly QI meetings as required

    HR Administrator (Temp Contract)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric
    • One-year diploma in Human Resources Management
    • VIP Payroll, Sage People or any other HR Systems and computer literacy a must
    • Experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) would be an advantage
    • At least 3 years’ experience working in an HR / recruitment environment
    • MS Office, Sage People and good understanding of legislation

    Talent Acquisition Specialist (Eastern Cape)

    Minimum Requirements

    • A diploma or degree in Human Resources
    • A minimum of 5 years working in an HR / Recruitment environment
    • Experience managing various recruitment campaigns
    • Experience in job analysis, role profiling and competency based interviews
    • Experience working within the non-profit/funded environment would be advantageous
    • Biometric certification would be advantageous
