    Quality Assurance Leader

    What can you expect?

    • To create, implement and lead a quality assurance framework that aligns to Client First Principles, ensures high quality of advice to client, and creates best practice in the business. The Quality Assurance leader will drive and be accountable for remediation of findings and for delivering sustainable error and omission exposure.

    We will count on you to:

    • Client First Principles – ensuring internal processes and advice given to the client, prioritises client needs and enables optimal service delivery.
    • Enhancing advice framework – integration of controls and monitoring into advice-giving process. Develop a review framework for advice given, with supporting feedback loop to business, monitoring capability and actions.
    • Performance monitoring – identifying trends and monitoring key performance metrics in order to provide direction to strategy, identify initiatives to address areas of improvement.
    • Quality process improvement – utilising experience and learnings to inform training needs, process development, product and service enhancements.
    • Legal & compliance – staying abreast of regulatory environment, working alongside legal and compliance to ensure business processes are aligned and compliant.
    • International - Ensure linkage and alignment with Marsh / MMC international quality assurance and best practices.
    • Insurers and alternatives – build technical knowledge and understanding of alternatives, to inform advice reviews.
    • Values - Lead by example the expected values and behaviours as defined in the Great Good and set a benchmark collaboration and best practice across the business.
    • Coaching - Support, coach and/or mentor practice members in their learning and development; especially more junior colleagues.
    • Sales & retention - proactively support client teams with best practice, innovative thinking to enhance advice given, programme structuring, and alternatives to consider.
    • Consistent engagement - with segment (leadership, client and sales) stakeholders, client engagement activity, RFP planning, IMPACT development.

    Claims Advocate - Risk Management Practice

    What can you expect?

    • Ensure prompt, efficient and effective claims support and project management for strategic clients, also giving technical support to all branches on claims.
    • The Claims Advocate will be working closely with Marsh Clients, Marsh Claims Operations, Claims Solutions and the local CE/broking organization. The primary objective of this role is to provide effective claims support and claims project management for key clients in general daily business engagement as well as post a significant or complex loss.

    We will count on you to:

    Claims advocacy and project management

    • Provide certain key clients with explanations pre-loss on what to expect when a major loss happens
    • Early client engagement once claims are notified to Marsh;
    • Triage new claims (complex / large / contentious) and provide initial and ongoing guidance to clients on the process to come; manage expectations from the outset;
    • Identify all potential policies and coverages/ layers of cover;
    • Provide expert advice to clients/colleagues on policy interpretation and policy coverage consideration - A detailed analysis of the policy, identifying potential coverage issues and assisting in drafting a strategy, with agreed milestones, if appropriate in collaboration with client;
    • Devise strategies to project manage identified complex / large claims and give guidance to other parts of the team (Claims Operations, Claims Solutions, CE /SRO?). Work as part of the claims teams to manage project delivery from cradle to grave;
    • Assist clients in strategically running their claims;
    • Identify revenue opportunities for Marsh by introducing subject matter experts such as Claims Solutions;
    • Develop relationships with insurance carriers, loss adjusters and lawyers – to ensure the Marsh Claims brand is well positioned in the market
    • Ensuring efficient and effective claims project management and optimal result by reviewing information provided by insured, provision of documentation and negotiations with relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to insurers, adjusters, attorneys, experts)
    • Assisting in the resolution of any disputes that may arise with insurers
    • Provision of relevant technical advice to aid sound underwriting
    • Responding to enquiries from clients, Insurers/Loss Adjusters/Solicitors and other involved parties
    • Support effective negotiations with Insurers/Loss Adjusters in an effort to obtain, where appropriate, the maximum benefit granted by the cover for the client
    • Attend meetings with clients, insurers or third parties as required
    • Assist in identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with Client Executives
    • Engage with Claims Solutions and/or other specialist claims resources in IMEA and assist with developing fee proposals and presenting same to client for specific Advocacy services
    • Pre-loss training and product specific training to clients/stakeholders
    • Identify high risk claims and ensure effective involvement by Marsh office

    Audit and Review

    • Compliance with internal claims professional standard
    • Identify and report any potential Professional Indemnity exposures to Management.
    • Developing and maintaining audit programme to ensure compliance and adherence to correct company procedure.
    • Contribute to and participate in the group audit program

    Administration & People Management

    • Liaising and coordinating with other internal units on various issues to ensure attainment of organisational goals.
    • Coaching and counselling subordinates/other colleagues
    • Providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
    • Providing leadership.
    • Structured performance management and staff appraisal.
    • Internal training and development

    What you need to have:

    • Experience of claim handling for 15+ years and ability to participate/lead discussions with various stakeholders on claims consulting matters
    • Have a desire and comfort level to seek out claims consulting opportunities and be part of the Marsh agenda of monetizing claims where possible or appropriate
    • Good understanding of the Middle East/MENA claims process and market procedures
    • Educated to a degree standard and/or professionally qualified (progress towards professional qualification will be considered). Chartered Loss Adjuster preferred.
    • Ability to take ownership and provide meaningful inputs in claim consulting matters
    • Good inter-personal and communication skills
    • Organisational skills and the ability to project manage claims and tasks
    • Understanding of client service requirements and the ability to deliver value
    • Ability to work collegiately and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships

    Client Executive Administrator

    • Be able to support in growing the business

    What you need to have:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in short term insurance
    • FAIS and CPD compliant
    • Insurer relationships an advantage
    • Fluent in English
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package – Excel, Word, Outlook
    • A desire to work with multinational clients
    • Good numeracy ability

    Admin Coordinator and Executive Assistant

    • As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Department to enable them with the execution of their responsibilities. You will provide support to senior managers and the support team.

    • Strong written and verbal English language skills essential and a sound knowledge of I.T
    • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
