- Collect, organize, and analyse data from various sources, including sales, inventory, customer behaviours, and market trends.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand projections to optimize inventory levels and reduce overstock or understock situations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer traffic, and product performance. Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Research and analyse competitor strategies, pricing, and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to make data-driven recommendations for product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyse customer data to identify purchasing patterns and preferences, enabling better customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team.
