    Salesforce Business Analyst

    Position Summary and Primary Objectives

    • Business Analyst: Sales Fulfillment is part of a central shared pool of resources responsible for defining the processes and defining the data consumed and produced within the value streams. A BA supports the BPM Manager to define and implement business process architecture that links the organization & business processes to the value chains. They are aligned to value streams and provide process definition, analysis and implementation support to process owner(s).

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    • Model business processes and maintain the repository environment’s consistency and integrity on an ongoing basis.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Business Process Management (BPM) Practice and the BPM effort in their value streams.
    • Ensure Ways@Work is maintained according to the changes agreed by the Business Forum.
    • Support the continuous improvement workshops to capture and define features that require development.
    • Supports the creation of process design, improvement and solution design approach
    • Supports the Business Optimisation team, System Solution team, Data management team and the Digital Platform architecture team to execute improvement initiatives.
    • Assists in testing and validating the initial solution
    • Support training and knowledge transfer activities as well as the continued improvement and development of training content in support of the implemented solutions and processes.
    • The BA works closely with process owners for their value streams to run process improvement initiatives that deliver a pragmatic business case.

    Work Experience Required

    • Proven process modelling, analysis and improvement capability
    • Strong understanding of their value-streams and digital products
    • Thorough working knowledge of business process analysis
    • Strong familiarity with quality management concepts and their application
    • Customer-centricity
    • Excellent communication and relationship management

    Senior Paid Search Specialist

    Responsibilities 

    • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies in competitive industries  
    • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns utilizing best practices   
    • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords) 
    • Be accountable for managing budgets and delivering to target
    • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues 
    • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards) 
    • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts 
    • Suggest and develop new campaigns 
    • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors 
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends and practices   

    Requirements 

    •  5+ years proven experience with PPC or Digital Marketing 
    • Experience in data analysis and reporting 
    • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook) is preferred 
    • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.) 
    • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)   
    • Qlikview advantageous   
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Analytical thinking with strong math skills 
    • University Degree in a Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus

    PPC and SEO manager

    Tasks may include but is not limited to:

    • Contribution into Google \ Search Strategies and \ or presentation thereof
    • Google Trend presentation preparation and audits
    • Client and Internal agency communication, client servicing and engagement
    • Managing teams
    • Weekly Client status meeting where applicable (Internal and external with client)
    • Weekly / Monthly client engagement
    • Research for Presentation Purposes
    • Data aggregation, and assimilation
    • Engage with digital media Planners and Managers to ensure execution of the strategy
    • Detail orientated
    • Able to manage agency counterparts in relation to retrieving assets according to deadlines defined by approved media plans
    • Responsible and accountable for Google reporting and objective measuring\ monitoring\ optimization
    • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
    • Work with a team of SEO Specialists
    • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
    • Analytics, backlinks, competition analysis, call to action creation
    • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
    • Look for issues with loading times and page errors
    • Optimize website content, landing pages and copy
    • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
    • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
    • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

     

    On a daily basis, you can expect to do the following tasks (not limited to):

    • Daily Google scrums
    • Review Google campaigns for all clients
    • Create awesome Google Display, Search, Shopping and YouTube campaigns
    • Prepare Search excel sheets
    • Monitor these campaigns and create optimization recommendations
    • Compile campaign reporting, tracking, pacing and analysis
    • Discover new revenue opportunities
    • Optimise landing pages to improve campaign performance
    • Collaborate with our digital marketing specialists to ensure effective integration of cross-platform campaigns
    • Liaise with campaign managers to deliver desired results for campaigns
    • Help your clients to increase their business by attracting great leads

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Previous experience working in an agency environment
    • Understanding of Google Marketing Platform
    • Experience in managing teams
    • Relevant diploma or degree
    • Google AdWords certified
    • Facebook certification is an advantage, and is experienced in running digital campaigns on other platforms and SEO skills
    • A good understanding of SEO
