    Clerk General - Epping Rice Plant

    Job Overview:

    • General administration of all required warehouse functions.
    • Continuously review Admin, systems and procedures to optimise and drive productivity
    • Daily processing of all screening/sweeping
    • Daily processing all rework product received
    • Print, bind and distribute HACCP & prod booklets spreadsheets/copier
    • Reconciling and auditing of all HACCP books
    • Checking for daily breakages and issuing stock to be reworked

    Senior Export Coordinator - Cape Town HQ

    Responsibilities

    Accountabilities:

    • Specify and obtain the necessary export documentation according to a specific country/continent’s requirements.
    • Liaison with freight forwarder regarding formats and requirement of export documentation and timeous delivery thereof
    • Check the accuracy and completeness of export documentation for each shipment.
    • Processing of documents for all local and across border trucks and sea freight cargo.
    • Ensure that documents are couriered to the relevant party on a timeous basis (customer, financial institutions)
    • Update monthly marine insurance schedule
    • Maintain and update daily loadings file
    • Follow up on outstanding documentation
    • Forwarding of documents to customers via DHL
    • Working with Letter of Credit and Bank Collection clients’ documents
    •  Obtain the required COA’s (Certificate of Analysis) and COC’s (Certificate of Conformance) from the Technical Department for a required customer on a timeous basis.

    • Determine accuracy, validity and completeness of all export freight forwarder and courier expense s and the authorization thereof.
    • Assist the Financial Manager: Export with functions as assigned.
    • Perform certain internal control functions as assigned by the Financial Manager: Export
    • Stock in Transit report update and daily tracking’s to determine final invoice date as per customer Incoterm internal invoice date as per customer Incoterm fulfillment.

    Qualifications

    • 3-year Tertiary Qualification
    • Computer literacy in MS Office & SAP

    • 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in the supply chain field (preferably exports Road, Ocean and Air Freight

    We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team.

    Accountabilities:

    • Development of an optimised maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes
    • Development of appropriate routine maintenance schedules

    Credit Controller (Temporary) - Pepsico Park CDC Snacks

    Responsibilities

    Job Overview:

    • To enhance the company’s cash flow and minimize the risk of bad debts. 
    • The role is responsible for credit control function end to end, which includes proactively managing and collecting debts of on time debtors’ payments from company debtors. Ensuring both on time collection and maintenance of outstanding debts within agreed targets.
    • Monthly claims management and analysis, by resolving claims with both internal and external customers. Reporting and customer relationship management is also a major requirement of this position.
    • Capturing of payments and accurate reconciliation of debtor’s accounts
    • Claims management - control and processing of all claims deducted by customer in form of transport claims, sallies, ensuring that ad hoc claims are processed by the sales admin team and that the stock related claims such as returns and damages is processed on time by the responsible unit.
    • Master Data management – ensuring that the master data is 100% correct and compliant to the SOP. Also ensuring the safe and correct handling of debtor’s information, to be in line with the POPI act.
    • Maintaining good customer relationships both internally and externally
