    HVAC Project Coordinator (CPT)

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • DEVELOP, co-ordinate, and manage the overall implementation of all HVAC projects as then next HVAC Project Coordinator wanted by a Leading Equipment Manufacturer to join its Cape Town team.
    • You will participate in scoping for quoting, project and quality sign off, assist with stock identification & supervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects.
    • Applicants will need Matric/Grade 12, at least 8 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and projects and Project Management with strong field HSE and compliance ethic. You must have a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to work overtime, weekends and be available for Standby duty.

    DUTIES:

    • Scoping for quoting, project and quality sign off.
    • Supervise and direct technical issues arising from field and dealing with technical escalations from maintenance, delegating solutions for swift resolution.
    • Assist with stock identification – this is a daily task.

    • Convert Business Requirements into Salesforce functionality.
    • Ensure that the Salesforce code base and data model remains coherent and well documented according to prescribed quality control standards set by the Technical Architect.
    • Laise with the Developer Manager, Delivery Manager, and other team members to coordinate all aspects during delivery of solutions.
    • Stay up to date with the code standards, processes and teach other developers how to incorporate new trends and methodologies.
    • Learn and upskill on other technology platforms that can be implemented as the Company grows.
    • Develop and implement unit and scenario testing for the existing code base and for new functionality.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with distinction.
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Useful for understanding Salesforce configuration).

    Experience

    • 0 – 2 years of Salesforce development experience (entry-level role, but internships and self-learning can be beneficial).
    • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as:
    • Validation Rules & Formula Fields
    • Custom Objects & Fields
    • Basic knowledge of Apex (Salesforce’s programming language):
    • Writing simple triggers and classes
    • Understanding governor limits
    • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Components.
    • Basic understanding of SOQL and SOSL.
    • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Experience working with version control systems.
    • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

    Junior Technical Specialist

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • A leading Cloud Solutions company is on the hunt for a motivated Junior Technical Specialist to join their Professional Services team. This is an exciting growth role for candidates who want to develop their technical and integration skills in the world of unified communication, contact centres, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions.

    • Working knowledge in WAN/LAN/system monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana
    • Basic knowledge of Linux
    • Understanding of VoIP protocols like Sip, RTP, WebRTC
    • Working knowledge of APIs and integrations
    • Drivers licence and own reliable transport
    • Working knowledge of n8n workflow automation
    • Working knowledge of Flowise bot building
