Key Responsibilities: 

• Engages in the order fulfillment process (order to cash) in order to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service to customers. 
• Works with cross-functional teams on continuous Service Level improvement and elimination of customer supply chain inefficiencies. 
• Drives the implementation of the Customer Engagement Supply Chain strategy with focus on collaborative end-to-end Supply Chain initiatives to foster mutual growth and profitability. 
• Analyses KPI’s to understand service and efficiency trends and finds opportunities for improvement with customers based on the Customer Engagement Supply Chain Strategy and Advantage Survey results. 
• Implements beneficial projects such as EDI, Collaborative Planning, VMI, Data Synchronization etc. 
• Finds opportunities to optimize “Cost to Serve” and customer Minimum Order Value (MOV). 
• Provides the CD teams an extensive support in all of the logistics aspects. 
• Enforces Supply Chain Terms & Conditions with the Customer(s), in close collaboration with the CDT’s. 
• Conducts CS&L meetings with customers and participates in customer agreements and contracts preparation. 
• Effectively manages data flow, communication and processes associated with new and transitioning SKU’s, material status and ensures synchronization with customer’s database. 
• Establishes relationships at multiple levels within the customers’ organizations to pursue CP objectives in term of KPIs. 
• Seeks input from customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service and Supply Chain performance. 
• Identifies key issues customers face and the related implications for the Supply Chain. 
• Communicates proactively with customers in case of supply chain issues in order to manage customer expectations. 

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain/Customer Development 
• Proven experience in establishing relationships at senior levels with customers and working with cross-functional selling teams

Job Summary: 
The role will be responsible for working with third party development and design teams to roll out the company’s digital and tech vision. It involves big complex projects, their architecture, integrations and heavy database involvement. 

Projects are focused on acquiring and retaining customers, CRM programmes, eCommerce, training and rewards programmes and tech enabled process simplification. You need to be a strategic thinker as you will craft the company's overall approach to these projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass product management, project management, business management and relationship management including: 

• Develop practical insights to find opportunities and pinpoint risks, understand requirements from internal stakeholders, retailers and pet parents.
• Seek innovative, creative digital /tech solutions supporting business strategy & challenges and ensure that our technical capabilities are a competitive advantage.
• Ownership of development process from start to finish including stakeholder requirements analysis, briefing, project management, testing, rollout and ongoing administration.
• Brief third-party Tech/software providers and lead a detailed project scope and achievement plan to ensure that projects are delivered timely, within the scope and within budget. Problem solve and manage all risks.
• Must have a good understanding of the digital project cycle including: front end UX, database integrations and all technical/functional requirements to ensure briefs are feasible and realistic.
• Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager and design agency to ensure all system / front end artwork requirements are met and any other requirements for successful training rollout are in place.
• Balance delivery priorities, track progress; tackle obstacles to keep the project on track.
• Lead and coordinate: Testing & Quality Assurance, Design and Marketing, Product Management and Development, Stakeholder Relationship Management to ensure project status and progress is clear, signed off and meets deadlines.
• Plan and run sprint / super user onboarding sessions to ensure smooth rollout of projects.
• Assess progress and implementation, identify obstacles and refine plans and problem solve.
• Measure and report performance assessing measures against goals and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Design analytics to measure consumer behaviour, operational trends, test theories around performance and drive initiatives.
• Set, allocate and coordinate budgets

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or experience in digital development management projects or software development
• Prior experience working directly with a team of developers on complex digital projects with integrated databases. 
• Ability to see broader context, interconnections and dependencies and understand how things work easily.
• A solid understanding of project management and development methodologies, such as PRINCE 2 / Agile

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - 

• Partner/collaborate to lead the business unit or function under their responsibility. Collaborate as a member of the Business HR Team including (if applicable) Business HR leader, and Business HR Associate(s), Workforce Planning and Analytics and People Relations. Advise and coach Business Leaders on interpretation of HR policies, consulting with CoHREs as needed. 
• HR Partnership: Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions through anticipation and understanding of: Issues and trends and Future labor, organization and business needs. Partner with the CoHREs & CBS to advise on the design and execution of HR programs to ensure relevance to current and future business needs.
• Talent Management: Co-own all talent management programs together with business leaders. Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with HR Strategy and CoHREs. Lead, develop and manage Business HR direct reports (as applicable) 
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology 
• At least 8 years Progressive HR experience 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• Master's Degree Human Resources, MBA 

SAP HR Module 

• Manufacturing and/or consumer goods products industry 
• Providing HR strategic advice to HR partners and senior business leaders
