    Digital Service Content Creator

    What you’ll do

    • Create client-facing content across a range of channels: Help & Support, Shelf, chatbot conversations, and seasonal & surge messaging
    • Propose and implement new and innovative ways to surface content to clients proactively and frictionlessly
    • Help co-ordinate localisation of content across different regions/languages
    • Help shape the content roadmap for all external client support content
    • Measure success of client-facing support content performance, specifically around increasing quality digital self-service interactions, as a proportion of overall client service interactions

    What you’ll need for this role

    • Strong knowledge of IGs products, platforms, processes, and systems
    • Be engaged, proactive, and keen to improve the client experience
    • Superb written communication skills, and have the ability to adapt content to cater to clients’ needs and experience
    • Highly data driven, to both prioritise content improvements that deliver the best value towards our goals, and to prove success through measuring increases in digital self-service that are attributable to your content performance
    • Strong awareness of the best multimedia format to help clients and internal users understand digest our content, such as images, gifs or videos
    • Exceptional organisational skills, to co-ordinate the different streams of work, and various processes
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in accordance with changing business needs
    • Genuinely and demonstrably champion the client, deliver at pace, lead and inspire, think big and raise the bar.

    Head of Trading Services South Africa

    What you'll do

    • As the Head of Trading Services South Africa, you will be responsible for empowering and leading the South African TS team to deliver an engaging and coherent client experience that delights and surprises our clients, and is aligned with IG's strategy.
    • The Head of Trading Services South Africa will require a wide range of skills to perform on all aspects this amazing opportunity has to offer.

    These will include:

    • Strong people management and leadership skills, in order to drive, empower, support and develop an engaged and passionate team and work force, all working towards a common goal.

    What you’ll need for this role

    You'll need experience in:

    • At least 5 years experience working within the financial industry, in a managerial capacity, ideally in a client facing/touching department
    • Extensive experience in providing excellent customer service and understanding the client journey/experience
    • Experience in providing departmental performance reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders
    • Team management and leadership experience
    • A previous background within Financial Services

    Essential skills we are looking for:

    • Strong, demonstrable and situational leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good knowledge of IG's business, processes and the Trading Services role and functions
    • Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization and with key stakeholders
    • Ability to make and enforce quick, decisive and proactive actions when necessary
    • A logical and analytical approach, while being able to make quick and binding decisions
    • Works well under pressure
    • Highly organised with good time management skills
    • Educated to Degree level
    • Strong numeracy skills
    • Strong operational mindset with passion for detail and improvement
