Job Description
The iStore Online team are looking for an experienced digital project co-ordinator to join their amazing team! This role involves planning, directing and coordinating technology projects from conception to completion for iStore. Managing the day to day project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met timeously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various projects as requested to assist management, and, as assigned, lead key projects in-line with provided briefs
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Educational Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferably a technical qualification e.g. Informatics degree)
Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ digital project experience and Project Management experience with website and digital development (good understanding of digital space, understands codes, testing projects etc.)
- Technical knowledge of web development or systems integration beneficial
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Apple equivalent (Intermediate level)
- Knowledge of working with Jira (advantageous)
