You will be ensuring that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services. You will proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences. 

We will give you all the knowledge and tools around all our iStore products for you to be successful in the role.  

This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full time role at current. You will be in a flexible position where you will only be required to work 108 hours per month.

As an iStore Admin Assistant, you will support and assist the Admin/Operations Manager in the iStore with stock control and asset management, etc to minimise risk. You will provide support in ensuring that all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to.

You need to have:

• A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
• 1+ years admin experience in a retail environment or a degree
• 2+ years admin experience in a different industry

Job Description

The iStore Online team are looking for an experienced digital project co-ordinator to join their amazing team! This role involves planning, directing and coordinating technology projects from conception to completion for iStore. Managing the day to day project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met timeously. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support various projects as requested to assist management, and, as assigned, lead key projects in-line with provided briefs
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Handle launch of new projects – check schedule and development progress of the build, ensuring the site meets the wireframes, site testing pre and post launch. Identifying snags and working with the dev team to rectify
• Troubleshooting technical issues on the website (you will have support from the web development agency)
• QAing all project deliverables

Educational Requirements: 

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferably a technical qualification e.g. Informatics degree)

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ digital project experience and Project Management experience with website and digital development (good understanding of digital space, understands codes, testing projects etc.) 
• Technical knowledge of web development or systems integration beneficial
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Apple equivalent (Intermediate level)
• Knowledge of working with Jira (advantageous)
