    Paid Search Specialist

    What We’re Looking For:

    • We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of Meltwater’s Paid Search (PPC) execution across priority markets. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong focus on bidding, ad optimization, landing pages and general optimization of high-priority and high-intent keywords that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.
    • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deep in the account daily — analysing performance, adjusting bids, refining keyword strategy, and continuously improving efficiency in competitive search environments.

    What You'll Do:
    Paid Search / PPC Execution

    • Execute and optimise Paid Search campaigns primarily across Google Ads (but not limited to)
    • Actively manage manual bidding strategies for high-priority, high-intent keywords
    • Perform daily bid adjustments based on performance trends, auction insights, and competitive dynamics
    • Build and maintain tightly structured keyword and ad group frameworks focused on bottom-funnel intent
    • Conduct regular search term analysis and maintain robust negative keyword lists to protect efficiency
    • Landing page and content optimizations (i.e. dynamic pages based on keywords)
    • Support in managing EMEA budgets for best possible outcome
    • Support in monthly reporting on performance and optimization suggestions

    Optimisation & Testing

    • 2–4 years of hands-on Paid Search / PPC experience

    • Deep understanding of Google Ads fundamentals, including match types, Quality Score, auction insights, and bid optimisation
    • Proven ability to optimise high-intent, lower-volume keywords that drive qualified leads and pipeline
