    Business Development Representative -Umtata

    Responsibilities

    • Achieves maximum Revenue profitability, growth and Channel penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment(Forecourts/TTM/Horeca-Speciality/Wholesale or by effectively selling the company's products.
    • Direct contacts with Customers and secures new business and Following up on new business opportunities (sell through-after 3 months)-5 to 15 case customers.

    Maintenance Coordinator - Parow

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all the daily activities of the maintenance department with given resources
    • Co-ordinate daily activities with production and other departments
    • Manage all maintenance personnel i.e. Discipline, safety gear, leave planning and utilisation of staff
    • The total management of administration issues: Timesheets, following procedures, using maintenance software, safety inspections and OHSAct (safety legislation) requirements.
    • Ensure all legal requirements of the OHSAct (safety legislations) are adhere too
    • Technical Leadership and Supervision of the Shift artisans.
    • Managing the artisan shift cover, holidays, training and project release time.

    • Set-up and manage maintenance tasks as well as allocate resources.
    • Liaise with the other maintenance functions to ensure key support and resources are focusing on the right issues.
    • Engage the Maintenance Planning to ensure all KPIs reports are made available for review with team.
    • Resolve daily plant breakdowns and complete root cause analysis while leveraging the Reliability function for key support.
    • Liaise with line Front Line managers, QA Supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance support on key issues.

    Qualifications

    • Qualified artisan with at least N5 qualification.
    • Minimum 10 years maintenance experience in the FMCG environment.
    • Minimum 5 years Artisans/Maintenance Management experience
    • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
    • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software
    •  Technical abilities to resolve complex engineering plant breakdowns

    Machine & Equipment Safety Specialist Lead (MESS) - Paarl

    Responsibilities

    The purpose of this role is to coordinate standardization, understanding and application of technical Health & Safety standards, including the assessment and continuous improvement of EHS Capability inline with Global and Sector focus areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of Machine Equipment Safety Specialist in accordance with the key deliverables determined in the AOP
    • Lead Machine Equipment Safety Specialist Slam Teams within each CU and Divisional EHS Manager to ensure understanding and application of standards
    • Coordinate the identification and inclusion of technical safety standards within all MESS projects
    • Manage the process of technical safety alignment with legacy lines and infrastructure
    • Coordinate planned audit program in accordance with GEHSMS standards
    • Lead action plan development related to technical safety audit findings

    Coordinate capability building in core focus areas:

    • Legacy assessments
    • Corrective action places for legacy machinery
    • CAPEX allocation for legacy machinery and program
    • Greenfields projects Machine Equipment Safety Specialist Requirements and CAPEX allocation
    • Facilitate Incident investigation related to Machine Equipment Safety Specialist
    • Ensure corrective actions related to Machine Equipment Safety Specialist incidents or audit findings are resolved by all CU's

    Qualifications

    Mechanical Engineering Degree / Functional Safety Qualification anchored by a qualification in Machine Safety or experience and proven track record on the successful management of Machine Equipment Safety Specialist in similar operations across multiple locations
